I probably shouldn't complain but I can't help but feel I was burned on a purchase. I wanted to buy a used car and I was ready to pay the asking price for it. The car was listed for 13 days and when I called it was available. A couple minutes later the sales guy says someone is supposed to come look at it in 20 min. Over a hour later he still didn't show up and I said again I would buy it. I was ready to pay over the phone but I was pushed back until he arrived. Seemed to me like a bro deal was happening. I couldn't say I'll take it any clearer

Peter and the rest of the staff in the Service Department are always friendly and helpful. I took my Ram 1500 in today because the windshield washer fluid wasn’t working. The tech quickly found and fixed the issue while I waited, and Peter didn’t even charge me. Thanks very much!

My personal opinion / experience, is maybe they should better there customer relations with people than, go into defense mode when questioned about a vehicle they sold with bigger issues than potentially knew about & say it's because u drove it home from the dealership. Then call it "with in reason" of coverage. Then try & change ur story of conversation from the last talk... then not even follow through on ur new guarantee.. to ensure the so called warrenty day runs out, so u have a griund to stand on.... My true thought is. Ur all scammers. Whether it be urs or other dealerships. All sales reps are scamming to make a sale. Even if it's for a 16yr old. Really,, lm... Truly disappointed & hope u lose all further / future sales due to ur lack of respect for the customer. Keep telling urself ur not that salesmen.. but u r. I will never deal with ur establishment again & ensure anyone asking will know ur fake. Seriously disappointed & am happy to pay for the fixes for a vehicle u swore by & said had a "warrenty". Good work wainalta, ur now the worste dealership I know for customer service & will not think about a referral or purchase to / from ur dealership ever. Completely disappointed.. less than a month old purchase & cost me over 2000$ to have fixed. Hope ur proud of ur employees

This was unacceptable Treatment at Wainalta Dodge Wainwright Sales and Service.

On November 8th, I visited Wanalta Dodge Wainwright Sales and Service seeking assistance for my Dodge Grand Caravan's transmission and sliding doors issues. As a local transportation business owner operating several Dodge vans, I expected professional service. Instead, I faced shocking hostility.

A mechanic/Service adviser( Also he claimed that he was the Owner) briefly reviewed the printouts, of the recalls That I have given him, looked breafly, and said you have NO recalls in this Van, and said I need to see a manager, which I had all the right, he screamed at me, and said "You have an attitude! Get out!" just out of the blue, He stood up, opened the door, and forcefully asked me to leave. When I requested to speak to a manager, he claimed to be the owner and continued yelling, and holding the door

This disturbing encounter left me feeling:

-Humiliated and belittled, in the presence was
other employees, who where silent, and no one recated to the commotion.
Also I feel
- Discriminated against (potential ethnic bias)
- Denied equal service and dignified treatment
- Intimidated by aggressive behavior

Key concerns:

1. Unprofessionalism and lack of empathy
2. Potential discrimination
3. Inadequate customer service
4. Unresolved technical issues

Questions:

- Why was I treated differently from others who reportedly received good service above, with the same man?
- Where was the sales and service expertise?
- Is this behavior representative of Dodge's values?

As a loyal Dodge customer, I'm dismayed by this violent encounter. I urge Dodge to:

1. Investigate this incident
2. Ensure service centers provide respectful, and equal treatment.

Note, I attempted to speak with the general manager of the place, butt every calls ends up with this man, and when he identifies me he hangs up the phone.

I am pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. I tried calling other dodge dealerships looking for a little older, used 2500 ram and others said the oldest truck they had was a 2022 (something I am not interested in). They didn’t even try to find me what I was looking for and only tried to change my mind.
Trevor picked up my call and knew the vehicles they had on their lot. I told him what we were looking for and he came back with exactly that. he had so much patience to be dealing with us as we were in the process of moving and finalizing our mortgage and had to wait, had to get the vehicle inspected and safety in saskatchewan, had to change our license over, etc. The man did it all and even had it certified and delivered to us and picked up our trade. He was never pushy, he allowed me to ask ALL the questions I wanted to and not once did he ever mansplain. Bryce in finance was very personable. And the driver Ron/ or Rob (so sorry I have already forgotten) was very kind and easy going when doing the swap of the vehicles. We have dealt with probably 6 dealerships in the last 10 years and I am super happy that I didn’t settle for what was readily available in our area. I understand sales is a tough industry to be in, but if they were more like Trevor I think they would close more sales and their customers would have a good experience.

Took our van to Wainalta after getting a bit of a run around with our previous dealer. Peter in service treated us like we had purchase the vehicle from them. A loaner vehicle was giving to us and the motor was replaced without question. Thanks to everyone at Wainalta!

Nothing but Praise for the service dept. I trust these guys so much I would send my 87 year old mother there if she needed help. Mechanics are knowledgeable and good people, the front desk folks are all about the customer! Guessing those that found fault here ... find fault wherever they go - don't believe them.
