French Door Winery is pure magic. The wines are beautifully crafted—especially the Chardonnay, which was an elegant wine with butter and vanilla aromas mingled with flavours of nectarine, melon, and apple, truly unforgettable. The views are breathtaking, with rolling vineyards and mountain backdrops that make you want to stay forever. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The ambience blends rustic charm with elegant French touches—effortlessly stylish, yet completely welcoming. A perfect escape, and easily one of the most memorable winery experiences I’ve had. French Door Estate Winery’s limited production and commitment to quality make their wines highly sought after. We loved French Door and its honesty probably one of our favorites.❤️ 🍷

Easily my husband and I’s favourite winery. Originally we were hesitant about the pricing but it’s worth every dollar. The experience is top notch and the wines are perfection. The wine is always well balanced and has a wonderful finish, leaving a lasting impression and a sense of satisfaction.

Beautiful location, serving organic French style wines. Every wine we tasted was delicious. My favourites were the Heritage and Fleur. We paid $20 a person for a 5 wine tastings and ended up tasting another Cabernet Franc as a surprise addition on the house. While the wine is certainly pricier, this is a fantastic place to splurge on a bottle to store for a few years before enjoying at home.

Aside: we had a little visit from Quinn, the 3-month old winery puppy and spotted a tiny bat sleeping under a pillar.

Such a wonderful experience. Their patio is stunning, with a gorgeous expansive view. Charlie helped us and was extremely knowledgeable about each of the wines. Definitely a must see when in Oliver.

French Door is an organic winery located just outside of Oliver. Such a beautiful setting. It offers inside and outside settings for tastings. It was quite gusty when we arrived and they took care of us with Cosy blankets. Our host was knowledgeable about their wines, the process and the industry in general. Go for a tasting, you won't regret it!

Exquisitely incredible! By far the best winery we’ve been to in Oliver. The best wine maker in the Okanagan, Bree Toor, is tremendously knowledgeable about the wine making process. I left the winery BLOWN away and felt more educated about wine than ever before! Plenty of parking and a beautiful setting for relaxing patio vibes. Beautiful architecture and spectacular views! We are looking forward to coming back this summer.
