Beautiful greenhouse and land. Either a member of staff or one of the owners (we didnt clarify) escorted us through the orchard to get there instead of the proper way as we originally went to Sage Greenhouse which is where they grow a lot of plants and it would be quicker from where we were. They have beautifully maintained orchards surrounding. She brought us straight to what we needed and helped us pick, pay, and load the trees. Very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices and all the plants seem to be in good condition.
Will definitely go back next time we need something even though it's quite out of the way for us.

As I like to buy local, about one third of the plants I've bought over the past 7 years after building a new house have come from the Riverside Garden Centre. Although not the largest garden centre in the area, they have a diverse selection of very good quality plants and the staff are excellent... although I still miss seeing Barb (RIP) when I stop by nowadays. She had a plant-o-pedia in her brain.

I checked out Riverside Garden Centre last week, the day after they opened for the year and they had a number of plants, shrubs and trees for sale, there wasn’t a ton of selection but I suspect that will change soon. If you have some time to spare take a drive over there and check them out. 🪴
