If there is anything I like about Sobeys, it is the freshly baked breads and cakes. Lots of fresh vegetables.

If you’re going to a Sobeys for their ready made meals or deli, go to the Sobeys further down the road- some examples of this are their butter chickens to go are made to be misleading, by having a bed of rice with one side covered with a layer of sauce to give the illusion of getting actual food- on top of making me sick after eating it.

Another experience I had which prompted me to make this review was ordering a 3pc chicken strip meal with Mac and cheese for the side, something which I got yesterday at the Sobeys further down the road and at this location I got a pathetic half scoop of my side as opposed to a hardy 2 scoops from the other place, which has always given generous portions for their meals.

Grocery stores are gouging us at every turn, and any place that robs the consumer in even the smallest of ways deserves to be called out.

I have been visiting this grocery story for more than 15 years. It is a good solid store and it often where we pick up a lot of our needs. The only issue we have with it is that when grocery items are on sale, they run out more quickly than I would like. So we often get a lot of rain checks when there are sale items. A lot of parking is good though.

Been shopping here for a year. No problems. Go to the cooked food people for water otherwise you'll have to pay or go thirsty. Who keeps changing the store hours on Google? Feb2023 it was changed to closing at 8pm again when they close at 10 and always have.

Clicked this link because it was offering to show the flyer. It didn't. Seems like it showed everything but the flyer. This is not the first time and may be as much as the fourth time I have tried with this ad.

The workers were very quick to solve problems. Sobeys also have cheaper selection of meat products esp when it goes on sale. I also like the Scene points when I save enough points to use and pay the rest of my purchases. And most of all, I like shopping at Sobeys, because I can connect to their Wifi to check on my bank account, my messages and Sobeys specials while shopping for convenience. So thank you Sobeys . Keep up the good work !

Great staff,great products, at a great price. The produce is as good as it gets, ready made salads are fantastic. Not your everyday lettuce and tomato, but really good salads. Like mandarin chicken,chef salad with smoked Gouda, and list goes on. A must try. As a chef for over 30 years I can safely recommend them, and the bakery make's sweet and savoury delights that I can't make at home for the same price.
