Placed an online order for pickup on Sunday the 13th and when I showed up to pickup no one was even at the store at 9am (when they are supposed to open) so i went and did a couple things quick and came back around 920am and still not open. I called and left a message to cancel the order and still today (Wednesday) I’m getting calls about the order. I went somewhere that actually opened on time so cancel my damn order and refund my credit card.

It was a good place until there was a problem, the staff does not know how to handle problems! Bought a two pack of pre rolled flower only to find one missing when I opened it later at home. No problem I figured, I’ll just bring the tube back and explain what happened. I wasn’t there specifically to get a refund but more to let them know there’s a problem. Maybe this is happening in other stores, maybe there’s a problem we don’t see,etc… but the lady didn’t even give me a chance to say anything and told me there is no way of her knowing there was only one pre roll in the tube and that’s it’s not their policy to give refunds. This really upset me because I was there to help and not looking for a handout. I was also confused because I got ripped off and she did not care one bit or did not want to help, because I asked if we are supposed to open the package at the store in front of staff and have them count it before you leave the store? at this point she said to me that I was making her uncomfortable and that I had to leave the store! Unreal! I asked for managers name and number and she refused to give me it, instead gave a the store’s business card. So I emailed the store explaining the situation and haven’t heard back from them. Apparently customer service means nothing to them and the fact that their customers are getting ripped off and they don’t care is troubling. I am a business owner and if there was any kind of problem I would want to know…

I purcased the 5 pack of garlic seeds from here. Could only get 2 to sprout. I have better luck at Northern Lights. They might be more money but at least they sprout. I thought I would try toke cannabis but it ends up being more expensive with not all growing. Not satisfied.

Highly recommend this place...I've been to other local Cannabis shops and way over priced here at Toke Cannabis prices are very reasonable staff is very friendly as well.

Good selection. Double check the package date I just purchased something 6 months old
