Had to walk out of here yesterday without the parts I came for. Not sure what happened to this place but when you have the manager being THAT ignorant to customers in front of other customers, it's gonna be a no for me. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Your manager needs an attitude check 100%. The ignorant attitude I witnessed her giving a customer was just mind blowing. I've honestly never witnessed such disrespect. I'm still in shock here today. Usually great service in the past, but I won't be returning if this is the type of person you have managing the location. Zero customer service skills, just rudeness. Do better!

I went to this store with a general idea of the parts that I needed. With the assistance of the store's Manager, she narrowed down the best value parts that I needed for my truck. The parts seem to be of great quality. Excellent service and I highly recommend this location. I will certainly return when necessary.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE was in getting parts today after getting the wrong parts yesterday after them assuring me they were the correct parts only for them to say I was the problem and was called uneducated and that mabe i shouldn't buy parts there anymore lmfao well I'm sorry I'm an actual mechanic under a well-known shop and I know exactly what I asked for either way save yourself the trouble and go to automotive supplies or browns or anywhere but nappa what a joke!.

One day I went to this store. I still don't speak English well. But I was able to explain what I needed and even showed it in the photo. In my opinion, the seller did not pay enough attention to me and did not provide qualified assistance in selecting spare parts. I have enough experience in the field of providing services as well as auto repair. So I know what I'm talking about.

Type of stools. Just from an ergonomic standpoint it would be very beneficial. They have to stand behind a counter all day long looking stuff up on a computer and its hard being in a small area and you're not able to move much. granted I know they have to move and get parts and stock shelves I guess but the majority of the time they are on the computer or front desk it would be very healthy if they could sit for a bit to break up their posture and to get in a different position. I know even In offices where people in offices are sitting for a long time they are given opportunities to stand move and to get into a different position.
Experts sat you should alternate between standing and sitting for 3 to 5 mins every 30 to 60 mins.
If the associates from Napa could sit on a high stool while looking up parts it would give them a chance to alternate their poster and to bend their knees and to take pressure off them for a few mins here and there which would be healthier and more ergonomic. It could lead to employees who are happier and healthier.
I've worked 12 to 15 hours a day in construction and even there we could sit and take a rest whenever we needed given the hard work we do. I can hike and walk all day its easy im moving. I also had jobs standing in one place all day and its totally brutal even for a person in my very good physical condition because the pressure and weight on your body , your body don't get much rest. Its constant weight and pressure in one spot all day. I seen it cause many knee and back problems.
So give them some stools for imporved worker conditions and productivity. They are at napa not doing a survivor challenge.

Needed to replace a few bulbs but wouldn't sure of size. Associate loaned me the right screwdriver to check my tail light bulbs in parking lot. Went a long ways for a couple $ sale.
