Clean, modern, super friendly & knowledgeable family owned business that has safe practices in place (due to covid). They only allow so many people in at one time, provide masks if you forgot yours, hand sanitizer available as soon as you walk in & everyone working is behind Plexiglas & wears a mask.

They have a decent selection of products, with deliveries on Tuesdays.

You can go online & browse their inventory. If you see what you want is getting limited, then you can purchase it conveniently online (secure & encrypted site) and pickup at the store.

Make sure you bring your ID with you - whether you're 19 or 79, you will be carded regardless!

IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE: bring the card you paid with as well. Do NOT send someone else to pick up your online order, they will NOT release it.

They are in the Symposium plaza on Wilson street, in the next strip mall past the Walmart & GoodLife mall.

By far the best Cannabis store in Ancaster. I live 20 km away so I don't visit often, but when last working in Ancaster I was here each day. Props to the team here! Great folks!

I was happy with the service and supported the store for years .First time I ran into a problem with the product. They said to go directly to the supplier to make a complaint but they should’ve exchanged the product. I will never bring my business here again! Very disappointed in the response as a long time customer.
Furthermore when I went to one of their competitors they told me they would have made an exchange/replacement.That is called customer service.

This is a great little dispensary, I was surprised what a wide product range they carry & prices are excellent, usually $1-$3 less than 'the other guys' in the same area for regular prices.

They are a bit out of the way, in the same general area as the Walmart Supercenter but definitely worth a visit.

All the staff I've dealt with are friendly, easy to talk to and know their products well.
AND they have a fun little discount you earn by staggering in at the last minute for your goodies...finally: some love for the last-minute people!

I've been to most of the dispensaries at some point but this is the only place I keep coming back to when I'm in Ancaster 👌

Impressed isn’t even a strong enough word to describe how I’m feeling!

Ordering online was a breeze and extremely user friendly. Decided last minute to take my husband’s giant truck, then panicked thinking there wouldn’t be ample amounts of parking, but I was wrong! Got in and out no problem!

The staff were beyond friendly, they are very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.

The store is gorgeous, I love the layout! It’s very welcoming, SUPER clean (literally and aesthetically). It definitely has a desirable vibe that I’ve never experienced before in a dispensary.

This will be my new go-to shop!

Really liked the selection and prices but felt the customer service wasn't the greatest. With the amount of Cannabis shops around it is nice to have a decent experience. The two guys working just got the products for me and I paid and went on my way. On the way out, I noticed they had a rewards / loyalty program. That wasn't even mentioned to me by either worker. This is usually something that would keep a customer returning to your store with so many options out there. Plus, they weren't really sure what kind of social media presence their store had other than the main Highlife page. Not sure I will venture back.
