Beyond fabulous! Staff are great, friendly and extremely helpful. No hidden costs, they don’t tell you want you want to hear to get your business, they tell you the truth , no surprises. A ring that was bought from a jeweller in the islands fell apart! (Will not mention name here, but message me if curious). The ring needed a piece to be built to match the rest of the ring, and that they did! They also placed the new piece directly in the middle to balance out the ring with the remainder 4 pieces. (The rebuild was slightly bigger than original size - looks great) I am beyond happy with the quality and service. Thank you Thank You Thank You

I couldn't have ask for a better experience with Ancaster Jewellers. I worked with Russell on custom one of kind engagement ring and I was blown away with what we came up with. Get communication through the design process and took my vision and made a beautiful piece, that my now fiance loves and can't stop getting compliments about it.

Terrible service. They don’t seem to have any interest in doing repairs. Just selling I took my bracelet on last year for an appraisal. It sat there for two weeks and didn’t get done. I went in today to get a new clasp out on my necklace. They told me it would be two weeks. I said that was fine as long as I had it back by the 27th which is over two weeks. She just shook her head and said “I doubt it. I want to support our local stores but won’t be going back. They’re arrogant

Ancaster Jewellers always does good work, I’ve had numerous pieces repaired here and they are certainly the most honest, professional, and genuine jewellers in the town of Ancaster, I’d argue the best in the city of Hamilton. Don’t get swindled by going somewhere else trying to save a buck, this is the best place for all your gold, diamond, and watch needs. Thanks!

What a great experience. My fiancé and I could not be happier. Ancaster Jeweller took me through the entire process starting with picking the diamond, designing the ring presenting 3d printed renderings for me to view before casting. They listened to what I was looking for and were super easy to talk with.
The ring turned out beautiful and was completed well within the estimated time. I would recommend everyone to come here. THANKS GUYS

Went there twice so far, and the service was absolutely top notch! The team there is extremely welcoming, they offer watch adjustments and repair, and their service was extremely concise and fast. They also have security, which helps the customer feel safe with all the heists ongoing lately.

Think twice about leaving your expensive watch for repair. Unacceptable experience with my Omega Vintage Seamaster. Moisture had gotten into the case and I left it to be opened and dried out. Two weeks later I was emailed that the enamel face was all bubbled. Clearly the watch was not opened in a timely manner as it surely should have been. Why an email two weeks later ? Not a call. Guilty!
My watch is ruined. $2000 will now renew my watch to original condition since it’s a vintage watch and the face can only be reenamelled in Switzerland. They took no responsibility whatsoever and the owner in a very defensive uncivil way dismised me and told me to come and pick up my watch. I feel he was overly defensive in his response to my questions. Beware.
This actually occurred a few years ago but I continue to be so upset about this experience I felt I should warn the public.
As an aside, we had been customers of the store for many years. Bought several watches, a number of jewellery pieces.
The way I was treated was horrendous.
Will never step foot in his store again.

Jean Pierre. Here is how the watch was ultimately returned to me with a prior email from Joe asking whether the face always had this ‘rain drop’ effect. What ! Of course not. Thats prolonged moisture exposure. We picked up the watch and declined repair because we lost confidence.
Yes. You had a responsibility, however, clearly that ship has sailed. The time has passed but my watch remains. Sadly.
