This place gets more than a Five Star Rating. It is definitely a 10. I basically bought this car over the phone without seeing it but the owner Ken insisted that I see it prior to paying for it. Ken sent pictures to me and a Video. I live 5 hours away from this dealership and ended up going by train and was picked up at the train station and driven to the dealership. Village Auto has been in Ancaster for, forever. A beautiful building and a garage area you could eat off the floors, it was so clean. Everyone working there is very professional. The car was exactly as I was told it would be. No surprises. Over the years I have purchased many cars and have to say this was the least stressful and most professional deal I have ever made. Ken had everything prepared for me to save time and be on my long drive home. If you see a car that you like at this dealership , don't hesitate, get there as fast as you can and I guarantee you will be thrilled with everything about this place.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I reached out with sincere interest in purchasing a vehicle and came prepared with reasonable questions and a potential trade-in. Unfortunately, the response I received was unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.

Instead of addressing my concerns about the condition of the car in a respectful manner, I was told things like “perhaps you should go check them out” (referring to other vehicles) and that my trade-in was “too rough.” There was no attempt to engage in a constructive dialogue — just a tone that felt condescending and uninterested in earning my business.

I completely understand a seller standing firm on price or having specific standards, but the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism left a bad impression. Buying a vehicle is a significant investment, and customers deserve to be treated with respect — not brushed off.

This experience made it very clear to me that this is not a dealership I’d feel comfortable working with or recommending.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Daniel went above and beyond to help me when my car was at her worst. Not only did he diagnose and fix her issues, but he explained everything clearly, gave me an honest opinion, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. You don’t find this kind of integrity, care, and skill often in any profession, let alone in auto repair.

It’s rare to find someone you can genuinely trust with your car, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. If you're tired of overpriced shops or rushed jobs, give Village Auto a call. He treats your car like it’s his own and his customers like family.

You own an import and you love your brand. And when it comes time to get something fixed you get the nerves on end for that same reason. Today’s vehicles tend to get shops that look at the big problem before looking at the small problem that can cause a big problem to look bad. Finding a shop that works and believes in the small first, going to the big last, was a thing my father taught me do and to find in a great shop that services your vehicle. I went to Village Auto from the high reviews and as a warranty coverage station. Within the hour, I was told that the small things may be the problem and that it was ordered and the fix could be that simple. WOW- that word says it all. Impressed and Wowed for the first time in a very long time. If you want that same feeling - bring your valued imported vehicle here.

department is excellent. I highly recommend Village Auto if you’re in the market for a used car or if your current vehicle needs service.

I left a review on CarGurus (see below) - and the response I received from the ‘manager’ was truly delusional. What picture did you send me Ken? You hadn’t even known about the milky residue until my friend showed you. You were blissfully unaware of the condition of the back seat and the other broken piece in the hood. At what point did you tell me that your mechanic checked it out after we brought it to your attention. I have all of the messages. I was polite and just brought this to your attention, you chose to respond in such an ignorant manner with a potential customer. As I said to you before. It’s been a pleasure Ken. For potential customers, if you notice anything wrong with a car or bring something to his attention, you are wrong…this guy is something else.

Ken is showing his true colours here. I note his lack of knowledge of this vehicle and his admitted lack of mechanical issues and he reverts to name calling. Do with this information what you with.

We flew from Montreal to Toronto and drove a rental car to Ancaster to see this magnificent beauty. A 2008 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GTS. Impeccable is almost an understatement. Ken and Dave are extremely pleasant to deal with. After we purchased the vehicle and arranged shipping to Montreal, they did a full maintenance check and repaired and replaced everything on the car that was needed. We have stored it for the winter so have not driven it yet, we are so anxious for Spring to get out on the road!
