Quality jerseys at a great price! When I reached out and asked them about turnaround time they gave me the options that would work for my deadline. Vincent and Daniella were a great help! Once I made a decision, and the artwork was approved, they went into production. Shipping from Ontario all the way to Colorado was FAST! Will be ordering from them again in the future, for sure!

We had our first RoboCorns jerseys made with Jersey Factory back in 2016. Those jerseys were of amazing quality and our beer league team looked (definitely not played) like an AHL team! We have since had several jersey orders, as well as other items like team hats, shirts, and socks, produced by the Jersey Factory team. The JF team has always produced top quality products for us with great communication and attention to detail. I have been managing hockey teams for 20 years and Jersey Factory is the best jersey vendor I have worked with. We’ve never had an error on any of our orders which is very important to me. We’re in Detroit, Michigan and JF is over in Canada, so allow extra time for shipping. I have seen others complain about timing but I bet those are due to post office issues or customs holding packages for inspection which is out of their control. I did have one order held by customs for a few days. Didn’t impact my timing but it does happen. For me, their mix of sewing on a sublimated patch is the best compromise of quality and cost. As you see in the RoboCorns jerseys, we were able to get a full color logo and a professional look for a reasonable cost. It’s the best looking beer league jersey we’ve seen around here. They also produced two jersey styles for my Stonecutters team that look and feel like NHL jerseys and always get compliments. Finally, they made some memorial hats when one of our teammates was taken from us in an incident at a bar. Again, this was a sublimated patch that looks perfect as you can see in the pics below. All-in-all, they are a great place to work with and their quality of product and communication sets them apart from others I’ve worked with.

I have worked with Jersey Factor for about 3-4 years now, multiple orders for our team in Fort Worth, Texas and service has been fantastic everytime. Attentive, price is great, communication with our contact Daniella has been a pleasure to deal with. Recent order came early even with international delivery. Key is to give them time, with a hard deadline and you will get. Hardest part for me now is getting a group pick but I will.

I'm extremely pleased with the service and quality here. I brought in a jersey Tuesday to have name and numbers put on. The front room staff told me it should be ready on the following Monday - but then they phoned me the next day - the job was done! They beat their own timeline by 400% ! More important, the quality is excellent, and as a bonus, I wore it out last night and my team won 🙂

I ordered jerseys in November and was told by service team they would be printed December 9th and sent with delover within 3 to 5 additional days. Will be lucky if they arrive by Christmas. Told the service center our league required jerseys and we would pay to expidite shipping to get them by the 14th to comply with that policy. Was assured the 9th print or I would have used another company. I couldn't be less satisfied by the disregard and failure to be honest about the service they could provide. Wish I could return them and take my business to someone who cared.

Purchased a team set of hockey jersey with matching socks.... I'll always spread Jersey factory's name around. I couldn't have been happier, they helped me design my team's emblem and was insightful all the way through. If I order any more jerseys I will order through Jersey Factory extremely happy through and through.

DISGUSTED and FRUSTRATED !
I placed an order for a YOUTH Jersey on a Thursday..I paid the additional $45.00 for OVERNIGHT shipping ...the Pkg arrived LATE on Monday, FOUR days later than it was TO BE Delivered !? The order was 'specifically' for OVERNIGHT as our son needed it for an event the next day ~ Needless to say, here I sit with the UNOPENED Jersey, and have already made several attempts to return (to Canada), at the very least expensive price, which I'm having NO luck with.
UPS won't return IT for free as my husband 'signed' for it, (disqualifying the Free Return, or Rejected order) Since I was at work, and my husband met the UPS delivery rep. at the door, he thought we'd take it from the UPS carrier and return it ourselves, he was unsure IF our son may still need this Jersey ..so he signed for it.

None the less, I've taken hours from my busy schedule, and have had such anxiety over the misconduct and dishonesty that Melissa @ Silver Crystal Sports, Inc., didn't deliver.
The crucial part here is that we NEEDED the purchased Jersey FOR the NEXT DAY, Paid the $45.00 FOR OVERNIGHT..emailed back and forth with a Melissa, prior to deliver (as I was determined to be sure to Follow up that the JERSEY would come Overnight..I was ASSURED (by Melissa that, YES it would) and NOTHING...four days later, Jersey arrived, a week later, I'm looking to return IT STILL TO Canada for a fee LESS than another $40 to $50 for International Shipping !!!! I am in demand of our $169.00 (in total) to be returned, this includes the Overnight fee that was added onto the charge of the JERSEY.
Case Closed until further update from SILVER CRSTAL SPORTS. I'm Utterly disgusted, and disappointed. Bad Business ..OVERNIGHT MEANS "OVERNIGHT"...why else would I PAY THE OVERNIGHT FEE?! ugh...
