Honestly I like the product I want to buy, however their customer service is the worst. First order I waited 2 weeks to get my order because they didn’t see I paid through e transfer. The second order I placed the order over the phone, it came after 4 days but they called me the driver is downstairs I ask if they can bring it upstairs or leave it in the lobby, they said there is no parking so I asked if the driver can call me they said let me get back to you. Then I called back and asked what happen they said the driver already left and they said they will check if the driver can come back and give me an update they didn’t give me an update so I called back but the guy with the update was on a lunch break and will call me back. They didn’t called me back and called the next day and they said my order will arrive on Friday three days later. I asked to speak to a manager all he said was an apology and nothing else and said your option is to wait for Friday or get the refund now. What kind of customer service is this. My building a condo with 24/7 concierge service. They have the worst customer service ever but their product is good. I’m so disappointed, due their customer service I will stop buying from them.

Prices are good with good selection of products.
I shop here because it's in between my home and office.
I've been shopping here for years and the younge men who work behind the cash and on the floor stand and watch as I make multiple trips to my car to carry heavy boxes, never once offering to assist. Smh.

They barely crack a smile and seem to be more robotic than human. I've read reviews about great customer service but I think the bar must be set quite low.
Not advocating for not shopping here, just sharing my personal experience in the last 3 years.

Great experience...Very convenient location just cross the road of Albion and Hwy 27. Customer service commendable. Bought some catering items for party on very cheap price and great quality. No matter you buy 2 items or 200 they offer best price in town.

I commend Golden Supplies and all there staff for the excellent customer service during this trying time.
I have placed many orders with them and haven't been disappointed with product quality and customer service.
Delivery's are done within a timely manner and they are very accommodating.
Two thumbs up. We need more companies like this.

Very reasonable price with excellent service. Although I ended up have to cancel my order, they treated me the same friendly. I will definitely go visit their store in person after the quarantine as I have a lot saved on my shopping cart.

Been coming here for supplies and the service and stock is amazing. They usually have everything in stock and the employees are very kind and helpful. They will stop what they are doing to help customers. Great place, highly recommended!
