I’m honestly ashamed and heartbroken to even be writing this. I’ve been a customer here for quite some time and have always respected and appreciated the service. However, something happened yesterday that has left me deeply disappointed.

I was feeling unwell and very weak when I stopped by. Unfortunately, I accidentally vomited outside the door before I could make it inside. Embarrassed and apologetic, I immediately insisted on cleaning it up myself — I took full responsibility without hesitation.

Despite this, one guy staff member treated me with a level of disrespect and judgment that I wasn’t expecting, especially from a place I’ve gotten stuffs from for so long. He told me I made a mess and a scene, and that I wouldn’t be allowed back again. It was incredibly hurtful and humiliating.

I understand policies and cleanliness are important, but there’s also a way to treat people with empathy especially when they’re clearly struggling and trying to make amends. I truly hope this isn’t how others are treated if they ever find themselves in a vulnerable moment.

I had an incredible experience at WOW. Lan was absolutely fantastic—so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to guide me through the options and made great recommendations that suited exactly what I needed. The customer service here is top-notch, and the atmosphere is super welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I used to come here every 2 weeks, however upon a dispute regarding a refund/exchange of a defective product i was told they would not accept an exchange and would rather me eat the cost than them, so for that reason customer service gets a 1 star. They offered 10% off my next purchase however the cartridge was still mostly full-I encouraged the employee to inspect the cartridge to ensure that it had not be dropped or scuffed but ultimately they would rather lose a repeat customer than to take the L. I will not be returning

It should be noted I did not have the receipt, but i could prove the purchase on my banking app.

Hands down one of the best cannabis stores I've visited! The selection is top-notch with a wide variety of products to suit every preference, whether you're a seasoned smoker or new to cannabis. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to take the time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, making it a pleasant shopping experience. Prices are fair for the quality you get. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

The general selection isnt the greatest quality most of there stock is over priced and middle tier. Generally negative experience.
