This is the worst garage in Ontario, it has to be. I can’t imagine a more incompetent and unprofessional bunch of fools running any kind of business.

I’ve been here three times and they have screwed me every time. First, when I ordered new tires as part of the Goodyear employee sale, I sat down at a computer with the fella and carefully chose the tires I wanted. I only had one criteria that I wanted met and that was to have white sidewall lettering. The tires arrived and the sidewalls didn’t have white lettering.

The next time I was in there, the old man at the desk was speaking to me and we were setting up an appointment when the phone rang and he proceeded to pick it up and talk for no less than ten minutes. I don’t know how long his conversation was because I left the building. I have seen him do this to other customers each time I’ve been in the building. Sir, if you see this, the professional thing to say on the phone is “I’m just helping another customer at the moment. Can I put you on a quick hold?”

Today was the last straw. I went in to have the taillight replaced on my truck. I was told this would be a two hour job. When I returned 2.5 hours later I saw my truck, taillight still broken, sitting outside. They hadn’t bothered to phone and let me know that they didn’t order the right taillight assembly. I even called before going to the appointment to ensure they’d received the part.

If you want decent auto service in Napanee the ONLY answer is Access Automotive. Avoid Garrow’s at all cost. They are awful. Especially the man at the desk.

Got up in the morning to find my tire flat. After realizing there was a nail in the tire, I called Garrow's to see if they could fix it that day. They got me in right away ( about half an hour after I called ) and had the tire fixed in 25 minutes and I was back on the road.
Super friendly group of people, thank you for thr speedy service, they will get our business again.

We so appreciate Garrow's car care service. We've been taking our truck there since we moved to Newburgh.
Our son was here for a visit. He called saying his car was acting up. We tag teamed it to Garrow's unannounced, and they were able to fix the problem and get him back on the road in good order:)

Always amazing service and very reasonable prices. I became a loyal fan and customer in 2018 and have been coming here exclusively ever since. I am always given VIP treatment and Tim is the kindest, most sincere service rep anyone could ever wish for. I am so grateful for Tim squeezing me in to fix my flat tire today. I am so pleased with the work they do at Garrow's that I give them my highest recommendation and am very happy to tell everyone that Garrow's are my mechanics!

I had a very scary experience on the 401 going from Ottawa to Toronto on October 17 th with a horrible noise coming from the engine. I called Garrow’s Car Care and they said to come over. I was 10 minutes away and they took my car immediately and checked it all out. The noise was not from the engine, but rather the trim around the window that was unglued. They would not charge me for this. They noticed that my wheel was bulging and they suggested I should change it very soon. I was so impressed with their service and honesty that I asked them to change it.

What a difference the car was no longer pulling to the left. I was much relieved when I got back on the highway and got home safe and sound.

I would recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately they are a bit too far from Toronto, or I would make them my go to garage.

Was on route to Toronto when the car started rattling in the back. Made an urgent stop to get it checked out without any advance notice. Despite being very busy they had someone take a quick look and they were able to quickly identify the problem as something non urgent allowing us to continue our trip with peace of mind. They were very kind, friendly and refused any form of payment. We owe them coffee the next time we pass by. Thank you!

Tim is the service manager. The best I've ever met in 50 years of driving. The mechanics here are also excellent. They do great work and do not overcharge or try and pad the bill. I trust them with both my wife's van and my car.
