This place is a hidden gem for car parts!! Called from outta town to get some parts and Victoria was very knowledgeable, and friendly. She made the purchase very easy, upbeat, and positive! Even had a delivery option for me. When I picked up the parts I met the owner and other staff member. Very friendly! Great prices too! Thanks

I went their yesterday to pick up parts that i ordered on Wednesday and the parts were ready for me on the side and it was clean without a scratch on it one of the cleanest yards I’ve been to super organized and well maintained. I started a custom car project and the car I need parts from is fairly rare. Turns out there was one at Airdrie auto parts. Went in, told the Moe's what I was doing and they bent over backwards to get me the pieces I need. I've been back a few times and they're always keen to help but the phone is always ringing. It's a busy place but I always get what I need and all the parts have been good. If what you're after is a comfortable showroom and someone to bring you a latte, this isn't the place for you.

What a great job honesty I drove all the from Okotoks to Airdrie and my parts were ready and the throw the fender for free bc I bought 7 parts at once, really impressed to work with you guys.

Yes the charge me in advance but nothing is wrong with that.

Went to Ark instead, off Barlow. They let me rummage around, remove my own parts needed. Great prices. I say "No" to Airdie.and, they said they'd call me back, and that never happened either.

Bought a 6.6 lml duramax, had it shipped to me, was said to be complete without turbo, was basically a long block, turned out had a bad head gasket, when we bought it was told 90 day warranty. No invoice sent with engine, no invoice emailed, counter guy said one who sold it to us doesn't work there anymore and he put final sale on invoice. No one gambles 7500ish on a final sale on a 2015 engine. Spent a month calling them to be told "I'll have the manager call you". Guess who never called. Then get an email from Mohammed telling me gaskets aren't covered under the warranty. So now spending 12k to fix the junk they sold and won't take care of. Belive the other reviews saying the same, go to the next recycler on car-part.com and save yourself money and hassle
