Lors de nos vacances d'été 2017, visitant l'Ouest avec notre VR, les freins de notre Jeep Grand Cherokee ont fait défaut. Nous avons reçu un excellent service chez Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep, et ce de la part de toute l'équipe. I just bought a used car from Airdrie dodge and the entire team was so wonderful and helpful. Dany was patient and friendly on my test drives and was a great communicator! Jason walked me through the entire purchase process and was patient when timing wasn't working out for me. They offered great customer service and I'll definitely recommend others to go there! Alex helping me get familiar with my new car and was funny and personable, it was great being able to last minute check everything before I set off! We were met by a warm welcome and by a warm friendly welcoming by Emily our sales professional. She was patient and very professional she went above and beyond to achieve the goal of obtaining a very good vehicle for us. He leaves an ad to attract you and nothing more. The Dodge Durango GT is just a customer attraction. They confirmed the appointment and as soon as I arrived I was not told anything. I was asked about my needs. When I approached the Durango it was sold just before my arrival. It's possible but for me the seller was not frank with me right away. What hides a real professionalism. But the worst thing is that the next day I asked if the vehicle was still available and I was told yes. So liar, not reliable for me. I didn't buy anything because when I gave my budget I was offered a $8000 more expensive vehicle. It's shameful because it made me lose 1 hour of driving time. 0 star if I could

I recommend you stay away from this dealership, especially if you're looking into a used car. The whole process, from the start was extremely dishonest. We purchased a truck with 53,000 km. During the purchase, Jason came in and showed us a warranty for 3 years, claiming it was 40 dollars a month for full comprehensive coverage. He did not show any paperwork about the warranty he was selling or mention that the vehicle was already covered under several other warranties. They threw in a tonneau cover which we were told is valued at 900 dollars (soft cover). Later, when we looked into the warranty, and upon discovering that the warranty was far more expensive then shown, we requested that it would be cancelled and refunded. This was the same day. They were refusing to cancel, saying they didn't know if they could. It wasn't until hours of discussion and calling the office warranty company that they finally agreed. They said they wanted the tonneau cover back, and when we offered to pay to keep it, it was suddenly 1400 dollars! She had "made a mistake on the initial price". Then, she was attempting to charge to take it off, we offered to take it off ourselves. Fast forward, here we are several months later, and still no refund.

Nicole and Jason are very dishonest, sketchy, condescending, and just simply completing fraud. After showing up at the dealership since my calls were being dodged and everyone is always "in a meeting", she was very dismissive, telling me she would refund at a later time. She said the first cheque accidentally came to the dealership and that she requested to send another. When I asked how much the cheque was for, she said she needed to consult accounting and they were "in a meeting". How did you request a check and don't even know how much it's for? Then after sitting in the dealership for an hour, she said she sent an EFT and it would take a few days to post. When asking for a confirmation of payment she couldn't provide one on the spot and said she would send it later. Then she sends a confirmation of a cheque, not an EFT. 8 days later, still no refund. So not only did she not send it the first time, but she also didn't send it the second time.

Still dealing will the GM, we will see if the refund is posted in the next few days.

Overall they seem like they will do anything to make some commission, will dodge your calls, and straight up lie. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I purchased a Ram 1500 in 2019 and bought the oil change and tire rotation package. First off it was very expensive for the package but they make it sound incredible . Please note this package does expire. I was never explained that when i purchased it. To my surprise today i had to pay for my oil change at 141.00 today. I had 3 oil changes left and 6 tire rotations totaling approx. $850.00. Makes you wonder how great of deal this package is. Do not purchase this package. As far as i am concerned it is just another scam. Very very disappointed in that so called wonderful package. Save your money.
