Unfortunately poor experience with this place. We found and bought a nice cotton sweater to bring as souvenir from Banff. But after visiting other places not so far away, we found the same sweater at $13 cheaper. We came back to the store to see that there is no refund or exchange possible. On the other hand, what seems to be the owner, still offered us to make an exchange, but that’s not what we were looking for. It's a little frustrating to see such a big price difference for exactly the same item not too far away. Also I found him a little rude with the customers before us. I know it's probably not always easy in retail sales but he need to remember that no customers, no business. It is obvious that I will not return to this place.

Poor experience with the owner/employee. My senior parents went to find souvenirs and the person was rude with them while they were looking at the souvenirs. Not patient enough with them when they were trying to pay with cash, I can tell from his facial expression. Also the person changed the amount to pay; I witnessed it. He initially said total is $50.27 and then when they payed, he changed to $57.20 I would have take the money back from the counter and leave the souvenirs. But my parents were shy to do that.
I’ll never go back to this store, there is way more variety and nicer customer service on the Main Street.

This is a cute little store that had some quality stuff in it. Touristy things of course. What I found amusing was that there was a soft shell jacket with two wale stickers on it. Upon buying it for $14.99 I decided to peel the stickers off. The regular price was 29.99, then the "sale" sticker covering that was also 29.99 🤣 so of course I expect this from a tourist gift shop but still, beware of "sale" prices haha. Over all good experience but that was a little blip; who wants to get scammed for full price.

Really cute sweaters and hoodies. Got a cute embroidered crewneck for $30 which was reasonable compared to other stores around. Nice selection of t shirts

The owner was rude while we were browsing the store. There are many similar shops along the main road that sell similar trinkets. If I come back to Banff, I will certainly chose to support a different shop.
