I want to start by acknowledging the beautiful decor of the shop. I've always enjoyed visiting the town location, so I’m glad to see them opening in Spring Creek.

However, I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I was served by a tall, young employee at the register, and when I inquired about my Spring Creek discount without my discount card, he informed me that I wouldn’t be able to receive it, which I completely understand.

What unsettled me, though, was his comment suggesting that my shopping wasn't expensive enough to even warrant consideration for the discount. I found this remark unnecessary, rude, and it made me uncomfortable.

I value good customer service and hope this feedback helps improve interactions with customers in the future. Thank you!
