A zero would be most appropriate! Run away fast and do not look back. We were led down the garden path and then royally screwed selling mom's house. We were given a suggest list price and were assured it would sell quickly and possibly a bidding war would take place. Given this info we signed up. When the selling contract arrived, the listing price had dropped seven hundred thousand dollars! We were told it was because the interest rates had just gone up. They had actually fallen!! There was no effort made to promote the property. We had to asked for an open house to be held. When we were ready to fire them they came up with an offer that was much closer to what the property was actually worth. Had Mary Ann been honest with the price forecast and properly promoted the house, it would have been sold a lot sooner.
