Nous avions un projet d'envergure pour le plafond de notre VW Westfalia 1975. L'équipe de Canglass nous a coupé une feuille de plexiglass sur mesure. Ça n'a pas été simple mais ils ont fait un excellent travail. Nous avons dû nous ajuster dans notre projet mais nous sommes satisfait du résultat. Merci

Great prompt service to our business in Canmore. Glass door was smashed at 6 am, by 9 am they were there, fixed the door and helped us clean up. I felt they went out of their way to make sure this is done, and done right! Strongly recommend this business.

Super friendly and very helpful. Our patio door stopped rolling, I had to take the door off its tracks to verify what parts I needed. I sent a photo to the receptionist and they had the part ready for me to pick up within the hour. Good thing too, cause it's winter! Great local company. Highly recommended.

They have been so lovely over the past few years, every time we move or need anything looked at they come right out and do their best to fix it on the spot. Can not recommend these guys enough. Annette and Justin are such lovely people. I've seen them for door and window issues and they're always so helpful.

Ordered two phantom screens. They were measured and installed great however the ball was dropped significantly in the office. They were ordered in May and supposed to be here with in 3-4weeks. Hadn't heard anything by week 4, I called "they might be in this week", never heard anything back. I called a second time "doesn't look like they are here".
3rd call I find out that the order wasn't ordered despite a 50% deposit.

Needless to say they didn't arrive until August. The install was great, the product was great.

Multiple emails/calls to speak with a manager or someone about the delay and no response other than we've forwarded it on to management.

Definitely finding it harder to support local shops.

The folks at CG are friendly and professional. Heather (in the office) was really nice to deal with and Curtis
was knowledgeable, polite and super friendly AND had our window fixed in no time.

Haven’t worked with them but they have some quality people working for them! I was at the Exshaw landfill and had forgotten gloves so I asked a man next to us in the Can Glass trailer to borrow a pair just for a little bit. After he was done he didn’t ask for the gloves back as we weren’t finished dumping our stuff and I wish I could’ve gotten his name to thank him again! So nice and because of this random experience I totally vouch for this company because of their quality people!

Do NOT hire Canmore Glass. Poor installation. Poor customer service. I had to hire a second journeyman to come and redo the install.
Update: buyer beware, six months later and I still haven't received a callback from the owner replying to my voicemails or emails. My credit card was held and charged WITHOUT my consent even though the work was never finished to a professional standard !
