Probably the worst customer service, dining experience i have ever had in my life! Not bs-ing.

A group of 11 came for a birthday lunch.
They were supposed to open at 2pm. The doors didn't open until 215pm!
It took a half n hour for our tea and coffee to come. It was luke warm. Strange as we were told we were waiting for a pot to brew. Server couldn't count and had to return to table with water 2x.
Food came out one by one....COLD! And, I would say it took well over an hour by the time we all received our meals. There was about 3 tables in the restaurant!
I got up and went to server with complaint. He didn't take any responsibility further poor service and blamed nee cook! I told him he was part of the issue as well. He got his manager. She had ZERO customer service skills. She blamed the new cook as well and also said our server works in kitchen and was helping fill in. Told me she would take 15% off bill, but that is all she could do. I told her she needs a team meeting because the whole restaurant needed a talking too...
She seemed very uninterested and not qualified as a manager.
Our server actually went on a rant about how he is upset about the mandatory 15% gratuity for tables over 8. Was going on and on about how unfair it was to the servers as it went to kitchen. Was really unprofessional, but by this point it seemed like a circus in there.
None of us were happy with our cold meals. And that was 11 ladies that will be telling at least 11 more people about the horrible dining experience we had. We won't be coming back.
It seriously was that bad....I can say it was like Candid Camera. My mouth hung openin disbelief most if the time!
Sorry we chose this place for a special occasion.

Can't believe the service.waiter kept saying wait about 7 times.gone for long periods at a time.wasnt even busy in there.the other waiters ignored us also.its hard be treated that way for being indigenous. Caucasian people walked in and got treated like royalty. Not being racist or anything just telling what I seen.we then went to casino and asked for non alcohol beverages and was told oberderr.couldnt find a drink.this casino needs human relations training if they expect tips.

So the food would be great if the servers brought it before it was stale, the servers have absolutely no manners. Horrible service. Feel bad for the cooks cause the foods great. I can’t even explain how terrible the service is.

Son and I came for lunch. Service was great but on the way back from the bathroom my son and a waitress bumped into one another she spilled gravy all over my son. She did come offer apologies or anything.

walked in there was 5/6 empty tables, none were clean. So partner& i sat ourselves down, cleaned garbage/cups ourselves. Waiter came by 10 minutes later and stood in front of us quietly. We were waiting for her to ask us what we wanted but she just said “what do u want” no question, just a statement from her. Ordered and got some 7up+Gingerale. Flattest and most warmest soda ever.
Proceed to the food, I asked for a medium rare steak and got an over salted well done piece of meat. Gravy was salty for poutines. If you want frozen cheap food that’s your place to go. Haven’t been there in years, definitely not going back for the food/customer service. Casino is fun though lol.

I was here last weekend for my 50th birthday party. Great atmosphere for walking and talking, while holding a beverage. Coffee is always complimentary, and the floor staff are like family. Also, I competed here one year in ASENESKAK IDOL competition and won $2300 over 4 months!!!! So yeah, great payouts too! 😉

$10 promotion was not loaded on my card, went to ask regarding it and was told I had used it. They did not scan the card or ask for my name. How would they know. No wonder it was empty. Restaurant (separate owner) had good food and friendly staff.
