I hired Storeys to auction the contents of my father’s home. Rachael was fantastic in cataloguing promoting the auction. She was extremely organized the day of the pick up and she called people who were late to it.

I bought 3 large furniture pieces, and all had something wrong with them. The 2 bed frame sets both had missing pieces, that are necessary for assembly( not screws but pieces of the frames). The chair was so dirty it still needs another steam clean after 2 treatments already. So disappointing.

I have had two dealings with this company, and both was excellent service because of Rachael. She knows her business very well and is extremely competent in doing so. I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. Any questions I emailed her were returned very quickly. The auctions I entered was organized entirely and with such volume to deal with I thought there would be some confusion, but to my delight, Rachael and her team were in total control as much as one could be. I thank Rachael and the Storey team for their excellent service and patience.

So they have reached out and tried to fix this. They have offered to refund me should I return the item(300 dollar item, 150 for me to ship it back). At the very least they will refund their buyers premium
