Very disappointed in the customer service I received from Steven. I paid over $2,000 to have storm doors installed in March of 2022. I do not use this entrance everyday but do remember seeing ice build up on the inside during the winter time. This summer I noticed that the door was not closing tight on the top, and allowing rain water to penetrate. I contacted Aylmer glass and spoke to the receptionist, stated my issue and was told that I would receive a call from Steven. That never happened. I actually went in to the store 2 weeks later and spoke with Steven. His installer (same guy who installed the doors) came out a week later and attempted to adjust the door but failed to fix it. I suggested installing a second plunger/door closer on the top of the door as well but said my wife will not want to pay for it since the doors were just installed the previous year. I was told that he would go back to the office and Steven would be in contact with me on what to do. Again, this never happened. When I went into the store almost 2 weeks later with a door closer in my hand that I purchased, I spoke with Steven and he was fully aware of the situation regarding my comment about not paying for the plunger (guessing that's why he never reached out to me). He saw the plunger/closer but said that I would have to pay for a service call to have it installed as my 1 year warranty expired. I installed the closer myself and now the door works as it should have since day one. Being an extra wide door it should have had 2 plungers installed initially. My experience with the previous owners Tony and Deb was extremely different than with the new owner Steven. Communication is key and this guy just ignores you when it doesn't suit him.

Glass table top was destroyed by a careless worker
So did a Google search on local businesses that offer replacement wow did I hit the jackpot
First question indoor or outdoor....provided measurements and given price. I couldn't believe it half of my last replacement in London. So said go for it. Was told that they are busy no confirmed completion date. One week later email that it was ready for pick up
Best birthday present ever. Great worker carried it out and packed it for safe travels. They even supplied plastic discs to keep to top in place. This is customer service. They definitely deserve a five star rating and best of all all communication was via email as I am deaf. Thanks again

Steve’s team was amazing! Windows look great! Makes such a difference. We did pricing and this was the best. Ray who did the measurements had great suggestions for us as we made choices. Our home was left clean after the installation. Highly recommend.

Had a chip in my windshield with rather large "Angel wings". I wasn't holding out much hope for repair due to size. They did a fantastic job repairing it. Can't see the wings at all and can barely see the chip. I was not expecting it to come out this good. Really nice people too. Handled the insurance side of things also. I would 100% recommend

These guys are great. They were able to cut a piece of glass that no one in St. Thomas was able to do. The price was a little high, but the service was great. They also provided service on the spot which was really awesome.

They installed a windshield in my classic truck while I was restoring it. Because it was getting painted the could not install it like the installer wanted to. The windshield leaked and the owners were very easy to work with to resolve the issue.
