After noticing a rip in our refrigerator door gasket, I searched online for a replacement part, came upon Concord Parts Distribution as a factory certified parts distributor for Sub-Zero, and gave them a call.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Will, who from the very start was informative, patient, and friendly; he was very customer-service oriented. I provided him with the model and serial number for our refrigerator, and he quickly looked up the part, advised that he had it in stock, explained to me that he could ship it or hold it for me to pick up, and then sent me a text with the information and order number. It was all so easy and seamless.

Then when I went to go pick up my order, I not only met Will, but I also met two other employees, Josh and Trevor. Once Will pulled up my order, and before I knew it, Josh had already gone to get it from the back and brought it out to me; now that is what I call "service", and with a smile too :). Last but certainly not least, while I was chatting with Will and Josh about the beautiful kitchen set up, they had in their office, I noticed a Wolf toaster oven on the counter. I was telling them that I had been looking for a new toaster oven for some time now and chatting with them about the Wolf model and asked if they knew the name or model number. Next thing I know, Trevor had quietly and kindly gone over to his workstation, looked up the information, wrote it on a sticky note and handed it to Will to give to me. Wow, everyone was so kind.

Honestly, to Concord Parts Distribution, while you should be proud of the extremely efficient set up you have at your office that makes things easier for your customers, you should be even more proud of the AMAZING staff you have who work there. Will, Trevor and Josh were absolutely fantastic in their own way and as a team, they are the epitome of true customer service at its finest. After my experience, I would NOT hesitate recommending Concord Parts Distribution.

Thank you Will, Josh and Trevor for your kindness; truly rare these days, and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated it.

P.S. I am still trying to find that toaster oven - lol

This is the only way we can respond. I work for Concord Parts and Eugene's comment about buying from Regional in Ottawa is ridiculous because we are the ones that supply them with Subzero/Wolf parts.
Also, the comment about us being slow, when we don't have a part in stock or it's a special order, we order directly from Subzero in Wisconsin and it can take up to 10 days if they have it in stock....this is NORMAL. Why should we be punished for this?
Google please remove unfair reviews and this one once it's been seen.
