I recently purchased a variety of items for my washroom and bathroom renovation from this store, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The selection was excellent, the quality of the items was outstanding, and the prices were very fair. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.

We are in the process of finishing our basement. Found most of the fixtures but just didn't like any bathroom vanity. We happened to stumble by Bath City and we were blown away by the quality and selection. Harry was extremely helpful and helped us find the right vanity for a great price. I am so happy that we found the last piece of our puzzle. Highly recommend paying Bath City and specifically Harry a visit!

We are currently doing research for renovating our bathrooms. There are so many brands and so many considerations. However, we were fortunate to speak to Ed (the owner) here. He took the time to explain the differences between the various brands, the price point we should be looking at and really explained the difference between a good brand and cheap brand! It was extremely helpful. We came away from the conversation having learnt much more about what to look for when shopping for faucets and bathroom fixtures. It also helps that the store has plenty of options to choose from and look at. 5 stars for a store (and store owner) that helps educate customers and not just sells things!! We purchased many plumping fixtures for our house. Overall very happy with the products and the service we received. Ed and Sun were always available and sorted out a couple small issues that came up. I found a lower price for a couple items and Ed price matched as he promised. They followed up to make sure we were fully satisfied with everything and sent us a nice gift.
