I just had the best experience dealing with these guys all the way from Australia….. I was in the market to purchase some decorative faux hinges for shutter project at home, sent a email through and within moments Boris, the sales manger was back in touch with a more than reasonable quote including shipping direct from them. I was in a bind thinking I had to special order and wait 6-8 weeks for multi latch door hardware for my front door. The existing latch had a failure that prevented me from locking the door. Rami knew exactly what part I needed and actually had one in his stock. I will definitely be back for future door hardware!! Great work!!

I just ordered knobs and pulls online. I second guessed myself and sent an email asking to hold my order for a day so I could be sure. No problem. I was emailing back and forth with Boris and speaking to him on the phone. The whole process was so easy and Boris was very helpful and patient with me.

Worst company to deal with. Ordered a door knocker and paid extra for 2 day delivery. It was over 10 days before getting to Toronto and then said out for delivery but weather issue stopped it. Said the same thing the next day. Both days had perfect weather in Toronto!! Delivered today, had been repackaged, parts laying in the box! Installed it but the screw heads came off when using electric driver!!
Zero recommendation for this company! Worst ever!!

I would have loved to order from this business but they wanted to charge me more than $200 shipping for 5 cabinet handles. And that is just the shipping cost. That is insane. And I live in the same province as the store.
