Please avoid all the positive comments - Marcantonio is NO support or help to any of its customers and constantly blames retailers for their faulty products.

I purchased 2 couches that the manufacturers made and when the springs started making noises, I send videos of the problem and request a fix. I fought tooth and nail for them to even look at the couches and acknowledge that springs are fixable. Guess what! They only took my problem seriously when I forwarded their own lifetime policy agreement to them - how professional! The entire process to approve my request, take my couch, and try to fix it took over 6 months.

After multiple calls and messages (their receptionist promises to call back or leave a message but never will - too busy not doing their job), I decided to go in myself to ask for an update. Only to be told they actually don't see any issues and are sending it back - without notifying me. They disregard my initial video and proceed to get frustrated with me for showing up to the store (then answer my calls?!).

They completely gaslight you when you have any issue and proceed to hide behind being the "middleman". Most degrading, unprofessional, and absurd company and customer service.

Please, please avoid at all costs - it is not worth your penny.

PS. they have 2 dogs that live in the warehouse and it seems unprofessional and unsafe (for the dogs and the clients) given the nature of their company and work. I was trampled by both dogs when I walked in and the receptionist just watched me and sighed. Very telling of their business ethic.

Hats off to Dennis and Rachel and the leather repair lady and rest of the staff for helping my husband with an amazing same day sofa cushion repair out of the blue, great work, great price, great service and keeping their word throughout the process. Very much appreciated.

Bought sofa and love seat and had problem with wrinkling on cushions all of them and just them not settling very well we went to another store that sells the same couches that they have had on showroom floor for 5 months and they did not have this problem
Store we bought from would not fix problem just ended refunding our money but we really loved the sofa and loveseat and wish marc antonio would of at least tried and repair them or see if they were defective which after going to the other store and seeing the same couch we are 100% sure our couches were defective and after calling head office of marc antonio and they cant be bothered even though they say on their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
Very dissapointed in their customer service and their couches

poor after sale service, product are good but if you have problem, dont count on them to solve it. 3 month after my first call I'm still waiting for answer and the part. I had better services in China!!!
