Tiles and stone Etc, They have good stuff at great price. Some staff is nice too. But my oh my how the tone change when you already paid full or paid deposit and want your stuff on time. I was promised a week or max 12 days and now over a month, when ever I call the rude customer service lady , she might be manager there. Talks to me so rudely give me rude remarks that how I already called few times and then without listening hangs up. Never ever I have given anyone bad review but this lady should not be an employ there or any where if lack basic communication skills, especially at customer service department. She needs a lesson in basic manners. The person who helps and have nice mannerism is Vera. But she never let her talk to me. She puts me on hold few times for an hour just to tell me that Vera is not available.
I would suggest if you want your stuff on time and not to deal with ill mannered person then please do take your business some where else.
Or Good luck dealing with that lady on customer service call.

I’ve been to multiple tile stores, but Tiles and Stone Etc is by far the best experience I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect tiles for my renovation.

The selection is incredible. They have everything from classic subway tiles to high-end marble, wood-look porcelain, and unique mosaic designs. I was looking for something stylish yet durable for my kitchen and bathroom, and they had options that were both beautiful and practical. The staff patiently guided me, answered all my questions, and even gave advice on the best grout colors to match.

Pricing was also fair for the level of quality they offer. You can tell these aren’t cheap, mass-produced tiles. They are built to last. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition, which isn’t always the case with tile orders.

If you want a hassle-free experience, top-tier products, and expert advice, this is the place to go. I’ll be back for my next project without a doubt.

I was a pleasure working with Vera to say the least. We were in the area visiting other flooring store, with no intend to go anywhere else. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with a smile, and ready to help. Walked us through the store helped with all our needs, gave us her opinion, offered anything to drink, ended up purchasing all our flooring materials from the place that was not even on our list of stores to visit.

I recently shopped at Tile & Stone, where I purchased my vinyl flooring, bathroom tiles, faucets / shower heads and bathroom accessories. I dealt with a salesperson named Preet. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She was well informed not only of the products themselves, but she was also very helpful in showing me my options in a variety of price ranges. I like how she really listened and was able to quickly narrow down the tiles that met my needs.

There was a type of look I wanted to obtain for my bathroom. Preet understood and walked me around her store to show me the various relevant tiles in the HUGE showroom. It gave me an opportunity to really drill down into what I wanted (who knew there were so many options!), and then I felt more secure in my purchases as a result. I can't say enough good things about Preet and the great customer service I received.

The variety at Tile and Stone is quite extensive and the showroom is bright and open. Worth the trip, even to just look around.

I am going back for my second project. I love the beautiful tiles and choices they have. I also bought a gorgeous vanity there. Preet and Yaneth are always super helpful and are a delight to deal with. They are knowledgeable and professional and never pushy. The move from my old house was relatively smooth and my furniture went into their storage for almost 5 months. On the day they were to move my furniture into new house they canceled because of a little rain mid like a drizzle I had taken the day off from work. They delivered the next day. I found boxes with mice fecies and top missing from cabinet and boxes of clothes missing. I would never use this company again
