Customer service is great, but… my issues always happen at the warehouse 2. Nothing personal, all the guys are doing great but some clients take advantage that the guys are nice, and they just walk in to the warehouse to cut their own material, today for example the asian guy from winners mirrors and glass, pass trough the customer area to cut his own material, but I had my order placed 2 hours before that, when I get there my order was still not ready, and he placed his order after me and get material before me. I guess the customer area has to be respected by all of us, who got there first (load area), get there stuff first. Theres no point preparing orders which got placed after, before the ones which got placed earlier. Common sense I guess… thats my only concern.

These guys are very customer friendly. I ordered a support bar for my shower and the shipment was delayed for a day or two and they sent me another one without charging me.
I appreciate their customer services and the reasonable prices.
I wish they were in Edmonton so that we don't have to pay shipping.
