A quick note to express our complete satisfaction with Gem Stones Inc. We placed an order for Arctic White Ledger panels (120 tiles) for our dining room wall project. The ordering process on line was easy and accurate (no hidden fees). However, what impressed us the most was the responsiveness of the staff. When we called to obtain information about the order the person who answered the phone was very helpful and well aware of the details of our order. The delivery went well, and even though a handful of tiles were damaged during shipping, Gem Stones promptly refunded the amount for the broken tiles. We would not hesitate to work with Gem Stones Inc. again for our next major project.

I recently ordered Coal Canyon Ledger panels. Initially, they were on back order, and the company did an excellent job on keeping me informed throughout on the delivery dates/tracking. I live in Montreal, and they delivered the ledger panels to my home from Ontario as communicated, and for a very reasonable price. The ledger panels were well packaged and protected on a wooden pallet, and the whole shipment was also re-enforced with plywood strips for extra protection, and then wrapped with plastic for extra protection. I opened up one of the individual boxes, and they look great! I can't wait to install them and get my project going!!...Once my project is done, I will take some picture and report back as well!....I would definitively do business again Gem Stones and would highly recommend them.

i have been looking for a specific granite tile in a 12"x 12" size for a while and could not purchase them here in Saskatchewan, i happened across Gem Stones website and they had them in stock at a very reasonable price, within a week they were delivered to my door. Gem Stones and their owners are absolutely fantastic! They gave us an approximate quote via email, worked with us to find the best options for our kitchen countertop and even delayed their measurement when we had unscheduled delays in installing our kitchen. Their laser measurement was state-of-the-art. We are very happy with the final install. We have used the new countertop for over 2 month and very happy with the quality and final product.
