I have no issues or disputes with the actual business or the owner, however his "Operations Manager", please people run fast away from this woman. She has zero qualifications or experience or the mental aptitude to run any type of business. She happens to be the "friend" of the owner, so hence I guess that's how she got a job and the fancy title. Not that long ago she was taking my order and messing it up at Red Lobster, and now she can take complicated building orders for kitchens and bathrooms? I think NOT! I wish the owner and his business good luck and make sure he makes her sign an arms length agreement to have no interest in his business!
