A first-time remote purchase.

Among other things, I bought two sets of refurbished cordless phones.
I initially chose them because of the deal, but I ended up satisfied with everything: the shipping time and packaging, the functionalities, and the appearance (they look clean and modern compared to my old ones). Thanks!

Needed a Dyson battery for a replacement V11. They sold me what I needed from a floor model. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with the product.
Brianna assisted us along with another male floor staff. We came from Whitby because we have dealt with Home Essentials outlet on several occasions. Staff is always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to help you. It is well worth the drive to know that you will be satisfied with the service.

Love this store. It's a must visit when we are in the area. They sell a wide variety of products including Kitchen ware, kitchen appliances, irons, steamers, good variety of tools , gadgets, gadgets and more gadgets.
Prices are very competitive and they do have sell some extremely good sales. Staff always ready to help. Located in the Cookstown outlet stores.

Customer Service Review On Dec 28, my husband and I had to return a Keurig coffee maker that we had purchased from your store earlier in December. We had a very pleasurable experience with Ian. He listened to our issue regarding the machine with intent to fully understand and assist with our needs. Since there were no other machines available in store, he invited us to view the existing stock. When there were no other coffee makers that met our needs he gave us a complete refund, which we VERY MUCH appreciated. We have shopped at Home Essentials for small appliances in the past and will continue to be customers at your store because of this positive experience when an issue arose. Great job, Ian.

Yestday I needed help with a vacuum I had purchased a few months ago and was having difficulties connecting the holder to the vacuum. Ian from the Cookstown Outlet was not only helpful, but went over and beyond to fix this, and he made me laugh/smile without knowing I needed that after a rough week. Great deals and lots of choices on kitchen needs. Really enjoying my silicone mats. Act as lids for frying pans which dont have lids. Great recommendations given by sales person Christine. Great customer service. Check it out for yourself!
