I would like to give Zeroooo or less but sadly we don’t have this option here ! This place was a nightmare, mainly because of the manager. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Before I could even explain my issue, the manager started yelling at me like they were completely unhinged. It was shocking and made me feel extremely disrespected.

To make things worse, the two ladies at the front desk were just as unprofessional. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any concerns. The whole experience was a mess from start to finish.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The manager’s and front desk staff’s behavior is unacceptable, and it ruined the entire experience. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Ashley was awesome very helpful on the phone she gave me all the steps of how to pick up my boat and gave me phone number of someone who can help me load it on a trailer

This is the best Copart that I ever went to and made with the manager Aaron she was very helpful guide me very quickly and help me load up my car got my paperwork and I don't know what to say thank you so much Aaron and you should be the hero of Copart thank you for your help appreciate it and we'll see you soon

Worst copart location. It was my first time there. Those ladies at front need to fired asap they need to learn to deal with customers. Zero customer service skills. Go flip burgers at McDonalds you might learn something there. Never going to buy from this location.

The management it a total joke I think his name was James or ryan be very careful a missbid before the auction wasn’t removed they said don’t worry about and make a note after the auction a day later was told sorry nothing we can do and the repeat fee was 6200$ yes 6200$ I don’t know about you but that very very dishonest buiness practices they should just say well do whatever it takes to make a buck what I’ve learned in life it’s people and buiness like that self destruct anyways when u run on zero moral it comes to Haunt you
Anyways just saying be very careful because am sure more then most can’t afford to have 6k stolen for nothing absolutely nothing
