I took my Rav4 there to get new rear rotors and pads, they did what i thought was a good job, 13 months after the rear rotors are grooved and the brake pads are down from 12mm to 7mm, I have only driven 14K since then and I drive mostly in highways and very easy on the brakes. I'm not a mechanic but it seems that something went wrong. I called them up and they said to bring the car in, unfortunately I don't live in Sioux Lookout any longer, the shop might be good, just make sure you get quality parts.
