Poor service from head office in requesting new bill for policy. Over 1 month and no response after 3 person contact with local agent worn updated bill. This is after the due date for payment on policy. If this is the service on billing, then what can we expect if a claim needs to filed? Needs action immediately.

Very disappointed I called like I do every year to cancel one truck registration and start another in the summer to haul the camper. The lady on the phone decided to swap my plates from one truck to the other, which led to me getting pulled over - thankfully no ticket but had to go back and get it all changed back to normal and was told everything is good. But now, on my sgi I have 2 ram 1500 with the same plate numbers I can register but my gmc is completely gone. Just a giant headache I keep having to deal with.

Website is a pos and won’t let me put my Info in for insurance. The Canada post address verification is nothing but a problem. Says the postal code is invalid even tho it’s right.
