Purchased a car from them on October 31, 2024 after being pressured by 2 employees. Was told the rear defrost would be fixed. They didn’t get around to it until January, and it wasnt a proper fix. Was told they’d replace the whole rear window to fix it, it is now March 20th 2025, and I’m being told it’s on order. Upon picking up my vehicle when it was purchased, it had less than a quarter tank of gas in it, and wasn’t detailed. Overall a very disappointing and regretful experience with this dealership

Well, after they rescheduled the appointment twice, I have a new rear window with working defrost. However, my old rear window had tint and this one does not. It’s just a losing battle with this place. The old manager Tom took better care of his customers. -5/5 Would not recommend and will not be taking anymore business here.

Esterhazy Ford has always been great to work with! Initially my experience was within their service department. Brad Lingelback and Laurie Suski have always been so helpful.
So when it was time to purchase a new vehicle it was an easy decision for me!
Harry Urzada, in sales, was very helpful in answering all my questions and Tara Restau was great in working through the financing! Both so knowledgeable! I appreciated the time to make my decision and there was no pressure to move forward until I was ready!
It was also great to Chat with Tom Greene. Felt like I was visiting with family.
In a world where service is lacking at times… that is not the case here.

Went to with my mother to look at getting her a new car. I was so pleased with the customer service that Mike gave. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about most questions. If he didn’t know something he would get the information so he wasn’t promising or telling us things that weren’t true. And all around a really great salesman. The best one over ever dealt with. Not pushy at all and generally wanted you to like the vehicle that you are looking at.

Edit: A couple weeks into owning the truck I found an oil leak on the front timing cover, a coolant leak from the reservoir and one of the axle seals was leaking. I reached out to Tom (the GM and sales person that help me with the truck) asking why I was never informed of these issues and I was told it’s a good truck with no issues ready to hit the road. Without a doubt the tech that did the inspection on the truck would have seen these issues and made a note of it. A week passed and no response from Tom. I then received a video message from Tara (sales/finance manager) congratulating me on the purchase of my new truck I said thanks and asked if Tom or anyone could connect with me about these issues and add some clarity, and still weeks later I have gotten no reply. I understand used vehicles are not new but I’m disappointed in how eager they were to contact me to make a sale but after the sale was made no effort to make things right, or even at the very least discuss them with me. Still a good truck but once you buy from these guys you are on your own, they won’t even give you a text or call back.

Tom and Mike at Esterhazy Ford are unreal, everything you would expect for a customer first buying experience. I bought an F150 from them and they had better pricing than anywhere else in the province. If you are looking at their website and a price seems to good to be true, its honestly just a good deal and it'll be worth the drive. These guys are in the business of making deals , go check them out!

super fast at booking me in both times I’ve needed maintenance this summer and we’re super accommodating to my work hours. People at the desk were super nice, didn’t catch the guys names the first time but he was super good at explaining everything when I went in. Then the second time was Tara and she was super nice and got me through the till fast and easy! Everyone is super friendly there, makes for a good experience.
