An absolutely awesome place, it had everything that I was looking for and so much more!! I'm super into anything anime and nowhere else in Kamloops has this much selection! There's stickers, cute stuffies, keychains, a GLORIOUS selection of socks, mugs and other small kitchen accessories... Anything cute and fun that you can dream up is here!! I'll be coming back for sure, come by and tell your friends.

Visited this store during my first trip to kamloops ever. Highly recommend!! The owner is the absolute sweetest lady.
I purchased a long sleeve shirt and soon found out it was the comfiest and most flattering fit.
Once I returned to my home province I realized I was absolutely terrified to wreck this shirt. It became my new favorite item of clothing.
I contacted the store asking if there was a way to order the shirt and have it shipped to me.
The owner went above and beyond!! Her communication and quick work was simply the best I've ever experienced. Within 24hrs she had the shirt I wanted and another with the same style uploaded online for me to purchase.
I don't think I've ever had such Excellent customer service before.
I am so glad I called on a whim. I was sure it wasn't a possibility but now I have 2 more long sleeve shirts coming in the mail and I don't have to worry about destroying the original item from over wearing it. 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be visiting her again when im in kamloops again. ❤️❤️

Wild Cave is the perfect store for tourists and anyone looking to buy Kamloops and BC souvenirs for their friends and family. Lots of products to chose from like magnets, keychains, stickers, shot glasses, clothing, sweets, etc. It's a great store for anyone of any ages. Lots of items like Pokemon stuffies, Harry Potter, Marvel mugs and accessories, Friends' tumblers, etc. You name it. It's incredible what you can find here. From socks to inspirational signs and humor cards, this is definitely a one stop for all gifts store 😍 I needed help delivering a gift nearby and the owner went above and beyond. She helped choose the gifts, wrapped them, and even wrote by hand the long message, on a card. Thank you!

Worsts customer service I’ve ever received, right off the bat. I was curious if I caught them on a bad day and asked around but this is very common for the owner and daughter. I’ve never received such condescending unwelcoming “service”. Luckily, there are lots of gift shops in the area that act professional. I wanted to shop local, this place had lots of cute stuff, but not supporting their downright bad attitudes. Loved Desert Rain, Golden Buddha, and a few others I forget the names of one 2nd!

Wonderful gift shop, great selection, super friendly and kind staff. There's some beautiful art there (got a little goat painting and a unicorn one as well as a cow in the sunflowers mug), funny sayings on mugs and magnets and such as well as popular cartoons and movies souvenirs (Pokemon, Harry Potter, Stitch, etc). The shop also offers gift wrapping service, which was a huge bonus for me.

Super cute store, friendly staff. I love the plush available, specifically Kirby and Pokemon. I have bought a few. I will admit being a little put off last time I was there; I bought a JigglyPuff that was labled $36, but it scanned as $38 at the register. The casheir asked if she could charge me $38 and I awkwardly said "yes" cause I'm not very assertive. I feel like that wasn't good customer service. It was labled at $36 so they should have just taken the two dollar hit to build customer rapport.

Absolutely above and beyond customer service!! Completely went out of their way to organize over the messaging, for a gift to my girlfriend. Packaged and delivered in a professional manor. On personal time!! Absolutely incredible customer service!!! Thank you so much for making a small moment so pleasant and meaningful.

Lovely little place, lots of neat knickknacks. They had a spinner ring that actually got my teeny fingers, AND a plush of my favourite Pokemon. I didn't buy the latter but still a solid five stars for me 🙂
