Honestly the best gun store I have been to. They have an amazing selection and even better staff! Evan helped me find a rail and rings for my new rifle and was even nice enough to show me the ropes by putting it all together with me! Highly recommend this store, they'll take care of you. Purchased a magazine for my hunting rifle, on their website. I paid a premium price for a supposedly new magazine. Instead of a new mag, I received a used, dirty magazine, in an obviously resealed package.

I emailed them to say I wasn't happy that they had sold me a dirty, used magazine. I have never received a reply back from them. It's a dishonest way to to do business.

They probably ignored me because I purchased online and they don't have to deal with me in person, face to face. Shop here online, at your own risk. Very disappointed, and won't spend my money here again.

Went in to purchase some items. When I got to the till, the price it came up as was higher than the displayed price on the items.

Manager was called over, and I was told they would not honor the price on the tag on the item, but I would be charged they have in the system, which is quite a bit higher.

They would not honor the price displayed for the item.

The manager told me their policy when this happens, is to use the price in the computer. (So I assume this happens often enough that they have a policy on it?)

I have submitted a complaints to the Canadian Competition Bureau, as this practice (of charging a higher price than the displayed price) contravenes section 74.05 of The Competition Act of Canada, and carries a hefty fine for lack of compliance.

The fact that the store has a policy on this clearly shows they are regularly contravening the Competition Act, which prohibits charging a higher price than what is displayed, and the fine for this non-compliance (for the first time) is $10 million and 3% of global yearly revenue.

In an era where literally every other retailer will honor the displayed price on the item, it's a bit of a shock to find a store that does the opposite, opting instead of gaslighting their customers.

Great store!
Lots of stuff! Great place to browse, I like to go upstairs.
Decent variety and helpful service.
I purchased some ammunition recently, upon verifying my PAL, the guy at the counter reminded me of my encroaching renewal date.
I was aware, but I really appreciate the effort for him to care.
When I am in Kamloops and looking for ammo, I go here.

If you plan on buying anything at the store, make sure that you live in town as a return policy is ridiculous. I try To exchange two gift items with a receipt for different size and they would not let me do it. Even though they still have the product in the store, the exact same item they would not exchange. I just drove two hours to exchange these items and they would not do anything very very very poor customer service Very disappointed as I purchased many things from the store. Will not shop here ever again nor will I ever tell anybody to come here as I have told many people that live more than two hours away to come here and purchase products for their farm, horses and clothing.

Drive down from Prince George to buy some panels...amazing store with a selection bigger than any other place I've been. Great staff and the savings in price more than paid for the cost of the trip!
