I was able to get in for an emergency grad dress, 3 days before my graduation. typically they don’t really do that especially if it is busy. I was in a hurry and picked a dress that didn’t fit, I tried to get it in for tailoring before Monday and it wasn’t able to happen. But I went back in, they gave me an exchange on the dress for one that fit me, which they don’t usually do either. They have been nothing but help for me. I 100% recommend their store, and they have amazing and various options of formal dresses to choose from! Thank you ladies you made my day ✨💕

Cute store for new items. Not worth one’s time at all for consignment because they take very little even high end excellent quality designer clothes. You would be better to sell on Facebook.

The Ruby Room is the best consignment store I’ve ever been to - I’ve had so many successful, high quality finds for great prices! Shannon, the owner, is fabulous and does an excellent job curating the selection (which includes a variety of brands, sizes and price ranges), as well as welcoming and supporting customers throughout their visit.

I first stumbled upon The Ruby Room in June 2023 on a trip to Kamloops and after visiting a the store a second, I can say this is now a “must-stop” every time I pass through Kamloops. Can’t recommend it enough!

Is there a better place to shop women's clothes in this city? The high-quality, carefully curated selection is fun to browse because you know the pieces are not only uncommon but at a great value since they are second-hand. Statement dresses, coats, shoes and hats all in the same store as staples like shirts, skirts and workout gear. I bring everyone here!

Best Bridal dress shopping experience in Kamloops. The owner is so helpful and supportive. The prices are reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is a larger change room xD
