Japanese bakery in the back of this grocery store is the best part!
Fresh made mochi, macarons and cake!
Very friendly baker who seemed to be Japanese.

Many different flavors including mango, black forest, tiramisu, red bean, strawberry, coffee, matcha and the cream/custard filling with the crispy mochi crust.

Grocery store itself was a bit odd, it did have certain items but had quite a few empty shelves. It did carry a few Asian products though.

The Japanese bakery in the back of the store was AMAZING my wife got the tiramisu mochi and I got the strawberry. They were both amazing. They are cold and perfect for a hot day, can’t wait to go back.
Great price as well!

They have asian veggies, noodles, sauces and more. It's like a regular grocery store combined with the oriental supermarket, plus new and clean.

The fries are so good. Fries and a burger for $12. It's nice to have a specialty Japanese bakery as well. Some reasonably priced produce.

This is a newly opened store and I was pretty excited to go see the place. It is located on the Ellis Street, pretty close to Water Street. There wasn't any store around this area so it's great to have 1. It is a pretty decent sized store like an Independent Store but had more western family food products. It has a produce and meat section, regular chips and drinks isle etc. It also has a food court with fresh meals being served however at the time of my visit, it was all over or already been picked up. The store is more inclined towards oriental/ asian products. Meat selection was close to none plus I found that this store does not have any organic products. I believe a store should target every type of shopper buy sadly I wasn't impressed at all. It certainly wasn't my kind of store plus the rates I believe were high especially the produce and when asked if they price match, they said they don't, so just a heads up. Even the Bakery section had green tea cake or cheesecake and not much variety. I atleast expected their bakery to be better than the others but it wasn't. Overall, I dont recommend this place, you can always visit if you need something but I feel they can do much better with the space!!.

Amazing store! The Japanese bakery in the back is to die for. Theirs is the best strawberry cake I have ever had. We decided to have lunch from the kitchen area today, getting a chicken croissant, a Vietnamese sandwich and a poutine. It was all excellent and fresh! This market is a gem that I hope flourishes and stays for a very long time!

KELOWNA - we need to support this store. The economic environment may be hurting some businesses. I believe this is one of them. If you can stop buy and purchase from this store, we will be supporting local businesses 🙌🏽🔆⭐️

Was very excited to see a grocer move into the north end. However after the 2nd week of operation, it has disappointed me in every aspect of what a retail experience should be.
Their meat department is basically non existent. Deli is lacking in main offerings. What happened to fresh sushi and Chinese food
The dairy department looks like a bomb went off. No stock and what is there is faced over to cover all the holes.
The aisles are empty unless it's the asian aisle where there is some stock.
Produce is lacking and bakery is empty. The cashier is young and non engaging.
This store had all the makings of a hit downtown, unfortunately its lost me as a customer.
