The front end women is very dismissive and rude. Not customer oriented, not pleasant. Not helpful.
Came in earlier in the morning as I didn't recieve the welcome email and was told to come in with upto 20 items and they would help out.
Then this women was very rude.
Would not recommend.
I don't need any money from these clothes and will just throw out rather than deal with that person again. 0/10

We tried to bring clothing to consign, but the sales associate was dismissive and rude. She would not help us register for an account. We managed to register ourselves, and upon reading their consignment rules and wanting to follow them, she would not provide masking tape or a pen. We were told “we don’t supply any of those things.” Why make that a rule if you are not going to help customers follow them? She also told us that we had to consign items in certain hours, but didn’t tell us that we were actually within the proper time to consign. We felt like she didn’t want us in the store at all, and didn’t want to spend a second helping us. Anyways, there’s surely another place in town that makes customers feel welcome.

Incredibly overpriced, I was shocked. Used rainjackets selling for $90-$130, and normal t-shirts for $30 😂 no wonder they have lots of stock, they arent selling any of it!

I went for the first time in this store and was amazed by the choice! So many items!!! Impossible to get out without something. As it's a consignment it's not as cheap as a thrift store as they have to pay the people who drop the clothes and also be able to cover their own charges, but it saves time to have so many things at a same place instead of shopping on market place, go and see the items and finally decide that it doesn't match. Honestly the prices are reasonable regarding the quality. I found really nice clothes made in good materials like wool, angora and so on. All the items are in very a good condition. Shoes and bags are also available not to mention the ski products. The staff is friendly, discreet, leaves you to make your choice with no pressure but is available in case of need. They don't put pressure to sell at all cost. I changed my mind for an item at the cashier and, while the dealer had already removed the tag she didn't change her behaviour with me and was very nice, sweet and polite. I will definitely come back and will recommend this store to friends.

Went into the store hoping to find a deal but instead was flabbergasted by the prices of the mens clothes. In fact, most items were way overpriced, and went to winners instead. If your looking for fair prices then I suggest going across the street.

Rude staff, only carries to size 14, told snottily to shop elsewhere due to being a larger size. Lots of selection but I won't return due to the terrible service. Unpleasant experience.

Plus-size Friendly! This is the best thrift store duo in Kelowna. Items and store are clean. Clothing is organized by type and colour; Not size.
There’s 2 thrift shops here, one that is budget-friendly and the other with high end items. I love that they separate luxury brands. It’s so nice and such a treat. Their staff members are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. Check them out! Corner of Springfield and Spall on the south end.
