Had a great experience at Kelowna Chevrolet getting into my new 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500! Logan and Leah were awesome to deal with. Got the ball rolling while I was out of town working and the day I picked up my truck I was in and out within an hour.

Logan worked with me to get a good number for my trade in and got me in my new truck, Leah helped to get me the best rate. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from start to finish.

I live in Saskatchewan, yet I made the trip out to Kelowna to purchase a vehicle from Kelowna Chevrolet. Miya will be my go-to next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Her honest advice, personal approach, and down to earth personality went a long way. She walked me through all of the features of my vehicle, it was clear she had taken some time beforehand to learn about all the bells and whistles. She even stood outside in the burning heat to help load the vehicle.

After having driven for 12 hours to get there, I felt like the process was worth it and I would do it all over again for my next vehicle.

I also worked with Ray from the finance department who was very diligent in getting an application in and approved. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable - I did feel as thought he was on my side and just trying to get me the right deal.

Great dealership, great support, and frankly great people doing good work. Doesn't get better than this.

I came out of town to this dealership after visiting many in the lower mainland area. I dealt with a sales representative named Robin. I told him my wants and needs and narrowed things down to some models to test out. He listened to my requirements about car loans, what i mean by "All-in" for payments, and a few scenarios so I could compare numbers. He did a fantastic job at making me leave with a truck that day. For once I didnt feel like I was getting duped or roped into something I was uncomfortable with. 10/10 recommend this dealership and Robin.
