Our absolute favourite place. We had an incredible cheese and chocolate fondue here. They also offer wine and cheese flights and paninis! Which you can enjoy in their cafe area. If you are looking to enjoy an afternoon with friendly and knowledgable service and incredible cheese - this is it.

WOW! What an amazing cheese shop here in Kelowna!! They have such a fantastic selection of cheeses to pick from. I have a few tummy issues and the Owners were able to help me navigate all the cheeses they carry. They come with incredible knowledgeable when it comes to charcuterie boards & what works best together. They even have fun & relaxing cheese fondue nights! This place is a must place to visit! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been to The GRATE Cheesery in Kelowna three or four times now for fondue and raclette.
Each time it has been fantastic. It’s a cozy, intimate space that’s perfect for a night out.

Mirjana, the owner is an incredible hostess—warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about what she does. She creates such a relaxed, fun atmosphere that you feel like you’re dining at a friend’s home (a friend who happens to be amazing at cheese).

If you like your friends and love cheese I can’t recommend The GRATE Cheesery enough. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to keep coming back to!

Came for a fondue night and had a wonderful experience. The owners are warm and welcoming and the cheese is fabulous.
Already booked for a raclette evening.
Mirjana is passionate about her vocation can tell you everything you want to know about cheese. They are licensed and offer other food options too…. Looking forward to the patio!

We ordered a charcuterie board for a wedding party and had an outstanding experience. The owners were fantastic to deal with, very responsive and followed up with us. They added some personal touches and went way above and beyond. The board itself looked amazing and the food was high quality and delish! What a grate (wink wink) local business and even better people.

After doing a few wine tours, we wanted to have a unique food experience. We happened upon Grate cheesery and ordered a charcuterie board. It was delicious! There was an array of cheeses and meats with some nuts, dried fruit, and melba toasts. A lot of thought had been put into the array of flavours from the tart sweetness of the dried fruit to the savoury flavours of the cheese and meat. We had a lovely wine pairing and spent time enjoying the taste experience. We highly recommend bringing some of your friends to experience this together.
