I was looking for a place to buy some Cubans in the Kelowna area and came across Cubanos. Chico and his wife, Mrs. Chico, were above and beyond helpful and beyond generous. The store stocks many of the standard brands and high end brands as well. Make sure to try their in-house cigar brand and support their local business.

This cigar shop is an absolute gem. Great selection of Nicaraguan and Cuban cigars that are well cared for. But what makes this shop really stand out are the owners. Their service, knowledge and courtesy was truly remarkable. If you want a good smoke and want great service and reasonable prices then this is the place to go in Kelowna.

I know nothing about cigars, but I wanted to buy some for a celebration and I came here. The gentleman was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He asked me a handful of questions probing, then provided a handful of cigar recommendations. Each recommendation came with rationale such as, this cigar is gentler for beginners but won't pair well with a peaty Scotch. The cigars come in a sealed bag with a little humidity packet to keep them fresh for 2 months. He also took the time to cut the tips with his cigar cutter and give some advice on how to store partially smoked cigars if we can't finish the whole thing.

The atmosphere was very inviting and I enjoyed the experience. I didn't have time to check out the coffee, but I'll come back another day.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My wife and I wandered in to check it out. They asked if we're not going to buy anything then why are we still there? I said to the owner we can't look around?. He said "no, This is not a museum.". He said they were tired of people wandering around and making floors the floors dirty. I challenge anyone to go in and say they're just looking and see what happens. Please if you want a cigar go someplace else.

this is now my new coffee supplier best i ever had. good selection of cigars too. Chico and the lady there are the nicest most helpful and great ppl there is. if I could I would give them 10 stars. well worth to stop by I will definitely go back for many yrs to come.
