Bought a brand new mountain bike here, and experienced constant issues with it's quality and the service here when trying to have it repaired. Upon the first ride, the chain skipped pretty bad when trying to get going, unless you were very gentle. Brought it in, they "fixed" it, saying that the new bikes are assembled in store and the chain will take time to wear in. Fair. Brand new bike, but I was still charged for "shop supplies" for warranty work. Chain still skipped. When bringing the bike in, I happened to shift into a low gear in the parking lot but stayed in the 3rd speed. Staff said i was cross tracking, which causes slipping. Not only was I not doing so, but I've ridden wal mart specials my whole life and have never had a chain skip once. Upon picking the bike up a second time, they tried to charge me for the entire repair. Seriously? The chain STILL slipped. Had to ride the bike in the parking lot and make the chain slip in front of them so they would believe me. 3rd repair, these guy changed out the whole cassette with one that has a higher 1st gear, basically making the bikes worse. These guys completely ruined my first new mountain bike purchase.

The folks at Kelowna cycles went above and beyond. Took my bike in not once but twice over 2 days due to a bad brake and drained Di2 battery (neither caused by them). Both times they helped me and got me up and running within an hour. Highly recommend them for a service and the store has great products too. Thanks again folks, saved my riding weekend!

Just bought my first gravel bike yesterday. There was a young man that greeted me with a smile when I walked in and was very helpful in showing me the bikes that were within my price range. Adam was also great, very knowledgable and spent quite a bit of time with me explaining the differences between bikes etc. Thanks for the great service and awesome bike!

Update July31,/23 stopped at the shop for a minor repair was prepared to leave Bikes was met by David with enthusiasm fixed the minor issues on the spot sent us on our way to enjoy the ride and ⛱️ beach.This shop is great.🚴🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

What great experience visit this shop on Saturday as the other shop I used to use was closed on the busiest day of the summer with bike riders. Won't be returning to that shop.

Back to Kelowna cycles showed up for simple flat repair was met by enthusiastic, polite and incredible customer service which you don't see these days no whining ,no excuses just great service starting with Shannon who offered and came out to my van to help lift out bike the whole time being very pleasant and polite.incredible

From that point, I was passed off to bike tech Conner, who promised the bike would be ready shortly, like 20 min delivered, and then some explaining the valve stem in crooked
and the heat caused the pin hole leak,offering a few other suggestions maintenance. Connor super polite , fast, a little oil on the chain, and I was off in 20 min as promised.

Pass back to Shannon for a fair and reasonable price again offered help with the bike.

This experience with the way Connor and his helpful suggestions and speed Shannon was over the top for service .The way the world has become with the lack of empathy ,understanding a place like this shop deserves as much business as we can give them their a rare bunch and much appreciated ❤️

Way to go, Kelowna cycles all though I live in N.Van I spend much time in Kelowna and my fleet of old school Electras used by friends and family for cruising local bike paths and restaurants will all be serviced by Connor ,Shannon and Kelowna cycles .

Always treated so well at KELOWNA CYCLE…bought my Gazelle e-bike here, my Cannondale Road Bike and have all my servicing done as well…just bought some great Five Ten cycling shoes..LOVE the shoes, LOVE KELOWNA CYCLE and LOVE all the DAVES (lots of them here)!
