Every time I go this store but, today, I been with my kids and my wife. I bought beer of case, but one of them cashier didn’t let us to buy beer because he asked for my kids id, unfortunately they didn’t bring id with us today. We showed our id in our phones but, he didn’t see it. But, I wanted to buy beer of case he didn’t let us to buy them. He misbehaved with us. Then, manager came with us and he said to us sorry but his cashier didn’t said anything to us. Then, we didn’t buy anything and we leave the store. My kids are 21 and 25 years old

The inventory is amazing. My focus is usually red wine and having the variety of all the different regions and especially french wines I'm in heaven.

Plus I love the deal of buy 6+ wines and save 10%.

One of the best liquorstores, well organized, spacious and clean. They also have a lot of flyer deals. Prices are on par with BC liquor or some slightly lower priced.

It was only the store’s first day of opening, and we went to check it!
A great variety of drinks, including super rare and expensive ones
I added a picture of the most expensive one, which was more than $6000 🤭
One of the things we wanted was not in their system yet, so they couldn't sell it to us. It’s understandable as it was the very first day, and there is room for improvement.

Always shop at this location in Kelowna. Great staff and great deals! Went in last week on a Tuesday and just noticed I received a 5% Senior Tuesdays discount on regular priced items! What a bonus! Can not find anything about it on their website however.. is this Every Tuesday ?

Very rude male cashier. He put my purchases on the floor for me to bag myself. I told him I can't bend down because I have back problems. He then proceeded to drop my items which almost broke!
What happened to service to bag our items?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service ever, the lady clerk with the tattoos was extremely rude. Ill shop elsewhere thanks : )
