Stunning bakery/cafe serving baked good and brunch. All the food was phenomenal and the coffee was delicious. The atmosphere is fun and lively with lots of seating in the main area, upstairs and patio. You can see into the kitchen from above and watch them make delicious sourdough bread. Highly recommend, worth the long waits

Absolutely loved the coffee here and so many delicious, fresh baked goods to choose from. We decided on the monkey bread, banana muffin and the pain au chocolate. All were amazing but the pain au chocolate was incredibly buttery yet the pastry remained flakey - divine! I'll definitely be back

🤍💯🥑Loved this place! And 3 star food is more OUR preference/ misunderstanding. 1. Matcha was sweet ~ which ruined it for me ~ I'm used to traditional unsweetened ~ I should've clarified. BEAUTIFUL tho!
2. Feature Benny served on whole wheat standard bread ~ I thought for sure would be on the amazing Sourdough that was featured & on all the shelves ~ so I took it off & ate it without. And super salty - needed a lil spice or acidic balance (tomato? hot sauce). We left 1/2 of the ham on 2 orders as a result. An US thing I'm sure.
3. Daughter currently eating their TO-GO granola in a monster bowl and says it's delicious 😋.
4. Great presentation. FAB STAFF! LOVE THE VIBE ~ line up for the hour we were there so we'll loved.💯

It was my first time going to sprout after a class at spinco a few doors down. The iced brown sugar latte was amazing, and so was the benedict. Service was friendly and fast. I went before 9am on a weekday, and it wasn't too busy yet, but it gets quite full. Dog friendly patio.

Been wanting to go to Sprout for ages and I’m very happy we got to go yesterday!
The building is lovely and has a great vibe, my sandwich was great, and our drinks delicious.
Just know it can become very busy so time your visit correctly !

Update to below: Owner noted the issue raised after seeing google review. Seems there is to be some follow up so one hopefully the problem isaddressed as otherwise the bakery is good.

Bread and coffee great but unfortunately it’s disgustingly dirty on the top floor eating area. Cobwebs hanging overhead off low roof and beams, thick dust and grime on the side table and worse of all I when I got up to leave I notice that the lower edge of a picture frame was coated in thick grimy dust a few cm’s from where my head had been. So gross. Sent a message to Sprout about this but over a week later no response (not a concern?) Wonder what it looks like behind the scenes and when their last food safety inspection was. Really turned my stomach.

Walked in and instantly knew this place had kiwi influence; great music, fantastic coffee (a proper flat white!), quick and kind service, great food that’s well plated and good vibes all round. Closest I have felt to being home in Canada 🩷🇳🇿🥝
