I’ve been purchasing work boots, hiking boots and apparel from this location for years. I came into the store with a boot I had recently purchased for work. Unfortunately the model I liked was discontinued, and I purchased a similar option. I have not been happy with the pressure points with the steel toe and in the heal. I had hopes that the company would see my commitment to always purchase my boots as good faith and help get me into another boot but I was turned away being told by the receptionist that her hands were tied and could not help in any way. I have always had a good relationship with this company but unfortunately my time has ended shopping here. I hope in the future this company will be able to help clients that have showed long term commitment I a better fashion.

Wasn't ready yet to purchase a new pair of Heritage boots (would of been my 3rd pair) at the Kelowna location as I was on vacation from Toronto but I thought I'd check out the store. This was my first time in an official Red Wing store and a big shout out to Kyle for his product knowledge! It gave myself a chance to see the whole product line in all the colours for when I'm ready to drop for my next pair.

I've bought 5 pairs of redwings in my life and I'm absolutely finished. The quality of the boots is beyond poor. They don't even make it a year without needing a replacement. Constant delamination of soles, Fast wear time and ridiculous prices for sub par quality. Do better redwing. Your boots used to last me three years now I'm lucky if I get a full year.... I'm so disappointed with your boots it's not even funny.

Had returned a pair of boots here to exchange for a better crafted pair of the same model as the ones I had returned were not even the same size in a key area of the sole and were causing severe discomfort. Was treated poorly by the manager when trying to make the return with him saying they don't "make mistakes at their factories ". A very bold claim to make. Was told to return in six weeks to find he had tossed a black pair of an entirely different model in a box and they acted as if it was a casual mistake. Absolutely abysmal service was eventually refunded but extremely disappointed to have had 6 weeks of my time wasted which was clearly intentional. As excited as I was to get into my first pair of redwings the manager here made it a horrific experience for me. And just for further detail on the pair I returned. On one of the boots the factory had stitched the upper to the sole with much less tolerance causing compression but only on one of the boots. I explained this clearly and was treated in a skeptical manner. Seems to be a coin toss whether or not you'll get a good pair from here from my experience and can only recommend going elsewhere. Gave them opportunity to make it right but they chose to not make the order and just toss a pair of whatever they had lying around to cover there backs and just call it a mistake. Very sly behavior for a boot store.

I purchased a pair of Red Wing boots 3 yrs ago from the Kelowna location and am very happy with them. I wear them 40+ hrs per week and bring them in for bi monthly cleaning and oils. The laces were just replaced on the last cleaning and I didn't have to ask. This is a great place to shop and I don't mind waiting if they are busy. I get great service when they get to me and I tell my story to everyone who wants to listen.
