Okay, seriously, if you're anywhere near Vernon, you HAVE to check out Wedge Cheesery! We popped in to order a charcuterie box for our daughter's birthday, and wow, just wow. The owner, Stacy is an absolute gem. She knows her cheese inside and out, like she personally knows every cheesemaker! They have a truly wonderful selection of high quality cheeses from all over the world, plus amazing local cured meats and all sorts of other goodies. And the box? Forget about it! They're not just thrown together; they're like works of art. Stacy clearly has a chef's touch. We were so impressed with the whole experience, from the incredible selection to the super friendly service. Thank you so much for making our daughter's birthday so memorable and special! Seriously, I wish I could give them 100 stars! As a bonus, she even recommended we swing by a local bakery called Hot Bread Shoppe for some breads to go with our charcuterie. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it!!!

We used The Wedge Cheesery to cater our graduation this year, and wow—everything was amazing! Stacy is incredibly talented at what she does, and the food was absolutely delicious. The charcuterie boards were next level—beautifully arranged and full of flavor. You will not be disappointed! This was my 184th eatery in Vernon on my journey to eating at every eatery in town.

Today I stepped into The Wedge Cheesery.

I knew nothing about cheese. I pretended to learn about cheese as the owner allowed me to sample two soft cheeses including Humbolt Fog. I bought 100g of Humbolt Fog for just over 11 dollars. I really liked its not-so-overpowering taste.

This was a fun experience.

I highly recommend this spot.

183 eateries are now complete in Vernon. I am almost done my journey.

Had an event catered for by The Wedge Cheesery. They took care of EVERYTHING!! Helped us organize our tables, glassware, table linen, wine, liquor license and serviced the evening too with setup and taredown.

Stacy is amazing and clearly has experience in delivering great service with a smile, enthusiasm for her business and interacted with our customers in the most pleasant way.

The presentation, the selection, the variety, the fruit and bread pairings, chocolates...every one was so happy and commented on how great the food was!

We would recommend Wedge Cheesery for events as well as a cosy night in with their signature Charcuterie boards.

Every visit to the Wedge is exciting and if you enjoy cheese, there is no better place in Vernon!

Best cheese shop in Vernon
The owner is very lovely and helpful.
We walked through many different cheeses with a few tastes of different types and were able to offer advice.
Highly recommend a visit and if you're hosting a cheese night it's a must visit.

If you love cheese and being treated like royalty, Stacy the owner makes sure everyone who visits once will come again. The cheese selection from around the world is incredible as is her knowledge of the cheese, the region and often the Artisan who created the cheese.
Let's talk charcuterie boards, oh my gawd, Stacy is a chef and creates beautiful boards like no other in Vernon.
It's such a thrill to visit that we now take our out of town visitors downtown for a visit, sampling and restocking of the latest offerings.

She made us a charcuterie box to go and it was delicious!!!! She’s very educated in the food industry and it shows! Very cute store and amazing customer service. Also she has a huge variety of goods - perfect for gifts as well. We were in town visiting family and when we come back, we will definitely drop in again.
