Excellent customer service and very nice staff. I had an appointment which I got very quickly and slept in that morning and they were able to get me in the same day still at a later time which worked out perfect for me. The optometrist really took her time to take a good look at my eyes. On top of that I got a great rate for the exam for someone without insurance. Highly recommend for all your eye care needs

I recently started taking my son here as we moved and his old optometrist is too far away. This is hands down the best optometrist office we have been to.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! We saw Dr.Mann and he was awesome. Very compassionate, friendly and thorough as heck!

I feel so relieved knowing my son is getting such amazing care for his eyes after a long and difficult recovery from a TBI.

Also, amazing fish tank!!

I recently visited Vernon Optometry and couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. My initial call with Rita to book a same day appointment was incredibly easy. She was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, all the staff were friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Phillip Shrimpton and he was professional, very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. I highly recommend Vernon Optometry.

I've had a lot of great experiences here with the very caring support staff that I should have made note of but didn't so today I'm posting this right away.
The girl at the eyeglass centre was already going above and beyond for me, helping me with my existing glasses and picking out new ones when I started having a horrible coughing attack and quickly said I was going to step outside to avoid further embarrassment. After a few minutes, she kindly brought out some water for me and said she totally understood as she often has coughing attacks as well.

Beware of a money grab at this office!! The charge for transferring my file to another optometrist in Vernon was $100. Most optometrists do not charge any fee for this service. Makes you wonder what other maximum billing procedures they use to get your money!!

Purchased my first set of new glasses. Within the first few months of owning them, I had multiple issues with the lens falling out when bending forward or just walking. I ended up losing one of the lenses. I returned to the store and showed them and asked about getting a new lens. It was suggested I replace both as the problem would continue. I was quoted 200 for both lenses or 120 for one with a "discount" as I was out the initial 90 days from the purchase date. I don't mind paying for quality, but I didn't see the quality for the price. Poor quality of product and overpriced.

Went in just to get new lenses cause my are all scratched. They wouldn't even. They wanted to charge me for an eye exam. I didn't want one cause I didn't have 150 dollars. So they wouldn't give me new lenses. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR SOMETHUNG WE DONT NEED. STAY AWAY. .
