The old guy working was insanely rude and seemed annoyed that he had to deal with a customer. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to feel like trash for just walking through the door.

Absolute garbage. The older fellow who is anything but helpful did his job, barely. He hardly knew how to function the register properly. Although this frustrating absolutely not the issue.

The issue lies when you get home to find 2 of the 3 items you purchased to be of overly low quality, rough glass edges on an adapter. Made in China sticker half peeled off (he made a point to attempt this at the till) after using the bowl once, the inside bottom fell out, seemingly unable to handle heat..

We called within a hour of the purchase and were immediately met with a terrible attitude telling us what do we expect. The issue is, we came to this place to purchase higher end glass ware. There is some, although there is an equal amount of low quality glass, priced the same and mixed amongst the higher.

By the looks of the store and the attitude we were met with; hastily saying in no way will the entire purchase be refunded, without that even being asked, I am only left to assume that business isn't doing so well.

This is a moment for you folks to reflect on as to why.

The customer service was non existent, my husband an I were the only people in there, and we're never offered help, I had to approach the gentleman sitting at the counter and tell him there were items we wanted.
Got home, used one of the products, and it broke upon first use, I called the store to explain this to him and was met with a rude attitude immediately. I also tried to explain to him that one of the other products he also sold was not of good quality, he responded with well what do you expect, it's not top quality glass, and I'm not refunding everything you bought. - when a refund was never asked for.
His attitude seems to show that perhaps the shop is not doing so well.
Also, who in this day and age doesn't accept credit cards.

I shop at Rock n Smoke for all of my bongs, bowls, rolling trays & any other smoking goods I need. It’s always my first choice because they have a great selection that is consistently getting in fresh new products! Every time I walk in to that store I know I’ll find a piece that I fall in love with. The owners are amazing, very knowledgeable on their products & incredibly friendly! We always leave with a big big smile on our faces after shopping at Rock N Smoke! I Highly Recommend supporting this Local Business!

Donna was absolutely unreal with her customer service, she was showing us things I never realized were out there and had to get! They don't make them as great as Donna! Thank you for all your help, best smoke shop in BC!

Best place to buy all your smoke necessities and more. Prices can be high sometimes but it is fairly reasonable in regard to the quality of their products. That being said you should have some knowledge and idea of what you’re going in for as you may end up buying more than you need. But overall great shop, highly recommended!

Walked around for about ten minutes inside the store while the owners finished their loud domestic dispute. Just as I was about to leave someone asked if I needed help. Shop itself is lovely, with lots of goodies, but the staff and management need to focus on their customers.
